I had the same problem and your condenser will have a hole in it which will cost around 4000 dollars to fix, expansion tank will start to melt, and if you machine wash it you will need new Ignition Coils, and spark plugs which will cost you $$$$, rear side will start to twitch which is a normal thing if you have a brembo on a Maserati. You will also need to check all the cables on the car I changed mine cause some were chewed up from the heat. In the end, I sold it now I'm stress free... and crazy part is it had only 48,000 km with all those problems.
Also, as a piece of advice sell it before you regret it.

@@whispercars306 hi, the problems I had started after 50,000 km. I also lived in a very hot place 50 celcius. Not all of them are bad Maserati os unreliable in general.
You got to pay to play with these cars that's for sure!
