Kamal's words of wisdom at the end of the video are wonderful. I'm no bodybuilder but I am working to be a Naturopathic Doctor and being around the right type of people that are actively persuing their dreams and around that energy makes all the difference! Also, Nick is a fucking monster.
When nick trains a body part,i feel like i m getting pumped.....it feel so good to see the way he moves every weights,the range of motion.....i feel like me myself getting d mind and muscle connection......he has got those dense muscles because of his training style.....i have got to learn so much from nick n it feel so good when i see his training style n apply those forms,range of motions n weight movements at d gym.....god bless u nick...keep up d great work👍
Crazy how it works for everyone on certain movements... When I lock out with full range of motion on Smith shoulder press it is much easier for me than it is to do half reps, or 3/4 reps keeping constant tension on the muscle.
Same here. Maybe it’s to do with what you’re used to training? I’ve always locked out during each rep so lockout portion is probably stronger compared to the endurance needed for the time user tension of the 3/4 reps and probably the opposite for those who have always trained without locking out?

for sure. switched to doing more 3/4 reps (and sometimes half reps). the TUT hypertrophy style of training really humbled me
