Hey everyone! For those who will be attending the Arnold Classic this weekend, come stop by the Celsius booth on Saturday to see me and say hi! I'll be there most of the afternoon and then walking around the event. #WalkerNation
Nick killer routine motivation, tips not all of us react the same I remember my great help was the super series removing weight up to light repetitions of 7 in 3 changes 21 repetitions in total each set in several of the exercises of the triceps arm, it helped me to the lateral muscle of the triceps It was difficult to develop it, I told myself that I wanted the lateral muscle triceps up to almost the elbow 🤔, the rest was vital, I only exercised the lateral triceps for one day a week, because I discovered when I did the chest exercise routine it was as if I were doing the chest and triceps in the same day and I was already exhausted for better performance in triceps if I trained it, I opted for a day just for triceps and it helped me the rest was important for the muscle, every time I trained it for one day a week it's like the first time experience compression muscle fiber tissue and restoration in the following days is phenomenal, 20 "arm and 21.1/2" pump 💪with 240 pounds of body weight,I need to work more on the bicep now with HD nutrition I will see the results, go to 23 "arms pump💪 , continue Nick motivation for your fans success, blessings,🙏👊💪😉
I’m telling you been watching nicks channel for a few months now and been adopting his training style and it’s doing wonders for me. I love how short his range of motion is on a lot of exercises but still unbelievable tension and mind muscle connection
Right on! Once you find that 'sweet spot' for some exercises you really just wanna stay there and get that pump. I often start with full range and trying different angles till the muscle begins to fill up and I find that maximum feeling of contraction short range of motion. Can be tricky to find - for example for biceps you have to do some kinda bands because the biceps are strongest and most contracted when the elbow angle is smallest meaning it is bent to the max. I noticed huge improvements working out like pros. After I employed Seth Feroce shoulder work outs I got actual shoulders, same with CBUM and back workouts : actual big back now I think Nick Walker (and his new coach?) uses a lot of Winklar style lifting hence the huuuuge arms
Yep the range of motion is all person dependent. To many people take “full” range of motion and lose all the tension in movements just to say it’s full range. Once the muscle loses tension your just using joints
@@agnidas5816 any good videos with Seth u recommend? My shoulders are lagging and I just started putting more emphasis on them but and more tips would help

Thanks Nick.Great video.Learned a lot.Like I said before your Form and Rhythm for each exercise is perfect.Again a shoutout to Lou for the Great video work.Travel safe to the Arnold.wish you were competing). But stay Safe and Enjoy yourself.
Nick when you were doing cable flys on that machine I love doing lat pull downs with the black grips that are supposed to be used for the core movement. @ 9:40
To beat big Ramy, you need to increase your girdle to dummy huge proportions as well as your legs (legs not as much, as long as there's symmetry and conditioning). To beat the big, you got to be the big and surpass the big..
Great video as always, I appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I go to Crunch and it is a great gym, but which location were you at and what time was your training section. I'm just curios because I workout in central Florida and you can hardly walk in there. It's always full at capacity.... Keep up the good work champ...
Nick, you are looking ENORMOUS, and still hard. I’ve been around bodybuilding for over 50 years, and I don’t think I can point to another bodybuilder that has your proportion and mass. I can’t even imagine what you’ll look like in 3 years when you turn 30. I think multiple Olympia championships are in your future. You have better lines than Ramy, and the quality of your muscle mass and beautiful symmetry is unique. Well done you!!
Definitely.. i think it's a result of the higher volume training with a few different techniques, plus his amazing form and consistency... i reckon he's gonna look insane when he get's back into his heavy lifting phase again
You know what's funny? You see all these guys days out from the Arnold and none of them have as much vasculariity Nick has and Nick is in the off season. I'm wondering why his strength went down though, he got like 8 reps a few weeks ago.
Honestly, strength at that level is a neural adaptation. Yes his muscles are stronger in general but simply stated: He said that he hasn't pushed Weight in a few weeks. So that's perfectly normal if you haven't pushed that 85%+ range in a few weeks to be a little "rusty". It's not even that your weaker, it's just your nervous system has to adapt to that stimulus again. It's a different energy than the high/medium rep range which is primarily glycogen/glycolitic source. Instead of the ATP source which used is that lower rep range and last the average of 8-10 seconds. After that you switch to glycogen, then to your aerobic energy system. From what I remember, I might be missing some parts but yeah. So all that to say, if you're a few reps off in that 1-8 rep range, don't worry. Especially if your higher rep range and muscle connection is improving.
Upper chest coming along great bro 👍🏼 I was watching flex wheeler train Andrew jacked. He says that allot of people today lack upper chest cause they are afraid to do guillotine incline press high incline press to the neck. That’s how they got their chest back in the day. Idk if there’s any truth to it, but wouldn’t hurt to take that peice of advice from one of the greats in my opinion. Get it!
Nick you have something unique. I say; ill try crunches as well but you need a disco Fireballs drink from Kentucky big dog why dont you try that cuz i see your legs are catching up too him. Thanks for your ethics and lipids.
