@450 no, but there's tons of bodybuilders who got massive throwing around huge weight with sloppy form and have injuries through their career / after bodybuilding.

Crazy is there's study's that show using a form like Ronnie Coleman did where ur still contracting the muscle but it's really fast and alittle sloppy u could say actually works really good to put on muscle. If u don't believe me look up Dave Tate and he talks about it on his podcast and Dave knows his shit the guy was Elite at what he did

Ever done extreme stretching? Ala DC Training. Can't skip cuz you do each one as soon as a body part is done training. Good shit! Helps prevent injuries, more growth and recovery!!

Hi Nick-stretching can be a drag but if you want support you can use a Fascial Stretch Therapist and let them do the work for you. Just search for a Fascial Stretch Therapist in your area and it’ll be a game changer (they have them in the NFL, MLB, GOLF ET.). Cheers
Thats probably like a 405 bencher using 50 pounders tho, a good remindrr to remain in control when youre doing very high volume. He could probably throw up 200s if he waanted but we have all seen people with barely having pecs throwing around 150s when they probably have better results using half the weight for 90% of the volume
Man, loading the prime press at the top is increasing the load on the bottom of the movement (when your pecs are stretched), and not make it harder to come down (making the negative harder)
I wonder if Nick should do a show before the Olympia just so his new coach can get a handle on getting him peaked. The problem is if he does a smaller show and doesn't win it will kill his momentum. He has to put all his eggs in one basket this year.
@@alexattardg4s975 especially with a new coach that's never prepped anyone at Nick's level before. Everyone gets mad at me when I say it, but I don't agree with him letting himself get to the weight he is now. Matt didn't let him get this heavy. It just seems that he's creating a lot of variables that he's not going to know how to fix, especially only doing the one show.
@@RDRUclips54 regarding the weight let's be fair, with Matt, Nick did not have a proper offseason because he was always competing from one show to another. This is his first true offseason, and he needs it. I am not liking a lot of changes in his training but if he improves we cannot say it's bad either.... But It's very risky to peak only for the Olympia.... we will wait and see. a lot of time between now and December....

He always said you shouldn't get to more than 25lbs over your contest weight. And if you look at it all of the very best stayed really close to those guidelines.

I got both of my sons taken from me until I completed anger management classes because their mom allowed her boyfriend to bite my boys on their butt and my sons have multiple bb's in them from her boyfriend's family members shooting them and I got upset. When I say I got upset I mean I took my kids to the police department filed a complaint and filed for custody. When I told the judge about the BB's lodged in my son's face and arm from two different occasions that were a year apart. He told me he might not be the right judge for the case because him and his friends used to have BB gun wars. She admitted to the sexual abuse of my children being bitten on their butts he recognized that as an issue but took my children away from me because she said I was mad and yelled at her. Even though I produced over a Year's worth of text messages showing that I did nothing but work with her and had the kids the majority of the time. When they were on home school due to covid they would come to me after being with her for only one week with over 100 missing assignments I would make up all missing assignments and the work they had for that week yet I still for the last 9 months have not been able to see my boys. Equal rights huh. Idk what to do any suggestions. I think the judge got mad because I pointed out that he shouldn't bring his life experience into the court room and just follow the law and asked him if he too was molested or sexually assaulted by his step father as well. Also she admitted to the abuse in court. I truly believe it's because I won a civil lawsuit against the county and the same sheriff's department early that same year. Can anyone out there help me
