This really does have to go down as one of the best carp vids from the past decade,( and ive seen enough ) we should`nt underestimate what happened in this film and how it was put together, I do hope someone somewhere sees this and rewards you, for a thoroughly entertaining video. and a great achievement. 10/10

I revisit this video every now and then and it never fails to inspire me and make me want to get out on the bank. The only other carpy media I revisit is Terry Hearn's books, can't think of any higher praise.
You guys took me back decades with this video. I grew up fishing this lake and we only ever thought there were roach in there - we were so young we would have freaked out if we'd caught anything like that. But you captured the thrill of fishing so perfectly and the excitement of catching 'the big one'. Awesome video.

I remember watching this with my son when we started fishing together. My son Alex turns 14 next month and it was he who found your channel. Thanks lads you remind me of how exciting it was to be a young angler enjoying the mega highs and feeling the pain of the lows. As we get older we still love our sport, but those early days are special. Fantastic video I enjoyed every moment even though I avoid carp lakes. 😊👍

Being a carp fisherman for 17 years myself I know the effort that goes into catching target fish as I have put endless hours in to catching the big ones out of a few local lakes and successfully caught them so I take my hat of to you guys I have to say thats the best video I have watched for a long time well done and tight lines ps effort=reward !!!!

It's amazing how much pride and effort you put into this video, in all your videos in fact. This video just shows that keeping it simple and giving it time always seems to work, as they say "simplicity is key". I really hope you both managed to whack the smile of the anglers who doubted you at the beginning, and good sportsmanship from the guys at the end. Great job guys :)

Without doubt one of the best carp fishing videos I have watched. Fed up with all the sponsored fishermen saying you need to be using this rig or buying that bait, this is fishing for the pure enjoyment of it, using the simplest of baits and tactics. Absolutely brilliant stuff!
That was great to watch lads, I was buzzed up from how good this came over. Glued to the screen from start to finish, no pauses no stops, had to watch every second.

What a great film and great lads. Ive been carpfishing for 40 yrs, started when i was about your age , and can honestly say watching this film has reminded me what its really all about. The look on your faces when you both had the biggun ( so glad you both caught it) says it all. This has to be the best ive seen on youtube , just wish i was your age again!

This so reminds me of fishing at your age with my best friend. Nearly 30 years later I can no longer fish but once again have re found my passion for fishing through your videos. This video is my favourite carp fishing video on the internet and I have watched it 14 times because it is so amazing, you guys have inspired me to start carp fishing because I had been fishing a small pond with very little fish but when I first went proper went carp fishing another carp fisherman let me fish with him and I managed a 12lb 4oz common
