But the best compliment I can give is the fact I'm enjoying watching two fishermen hanging out by a canal having a carp catching contest despite having absolutely no interest in fishing. Or fish. Or canals.

I've just started my fishing journey. I last helped catch a fish with my step dad over 20 years ago, yesterday I caught my first 4lbs fish. (I caught 12 in total but only two hit the 4lbs mark)! Being honest I don't know much about fish themselves but I'm learning. I don't know much about fishing in general but yesterday gave me the absolute hunger to learn everything. I stumbled across your channel by complete coincidence whilst trying to get a hit of fishing whilst I was stuck at home. I'm working through your content one video after another, I think you're both ace and I get the excitement of the chase watching you guys go for it! Its inspiring 👌🏼 keep up the good work

I couldnt pick between you boys, both so talented and frankly just pleasant. Your parents must be very proud. It amazes me how much carp fishing is popular in the UK. Here they are considered an annoying waste of time for anglers. I personally love the fight of any fish that ends up on my line. Another awesome video guys. Hearing carp runs is pure serotonin. Just knowing that fishes has locked on to the hook and you’re going to get a catch is the best feeling.

You both have inspired me so much that I’d decided to try out your(over seas style) of carp fishing. Here from The states(Missouri to be exact) it is completely different from the way y’all fish for carp.
I’ve ordered some cheaper rods, reels and bite alarms to give it a go and see if it’s gonna be my new fishing style. I’m very excited for this spring!

Right so I only started fishing last year done 3 months straight as I was off work went bk to work and lost the bug a little bit I think, off work again for 2 weeks and for some random ass reason utude decide to drop this in my recommended "thanks utube" AND BOOM ...THE BUG IS BK I'm now going today thanks to your video

I use to fish a large hidden lake with water just as clear the best tactic I found was a small crystal wagler with bread crust at about 8-12 in deep. Every time, see a fish cast infront of it catch it whilst others where two rods buzzers an no fish and looking at the surroundings I bet loads of people sit down there feeding the birds so fish will be confident around bread.
Massive congrats on your work guys, it's lovely to see that your passion for fishing and outdoor activities has brought you over the years.
Have you ever considered a session chasing trout in the river Wandle? Caught a few up to 4lbs while I was living in South London a few years ago, but catches have been reported up to the 8lb mark. I'd be glad to give you some directions if you ever decide to give that a go.

always love a good competition and love your guys videos. Not always about the craziest places or bet waters ever. Ill be ice fishing for at least another month before the ice starts to melt on some lakes for some fly fishing for trout. then another month before carp.

Me and my twin brother fish regularly and with obvious rivalry, we work together and have catched monster carp and pike, and some aspects is just sitting in a calm place and talk about life and potential fishing in the uk and international!
