For some reason it brings me great joy seeing other people getting into the wizarding world and enjoying the journey. Even better if they are siblings ! I actually just stumbled upon your channel and you guys are definitely worth subscribing to!
The cake Dobby drops on the woman's head, or pudding as they call it in the UK, consists of baked rings of meringue filled with a curd (our pudding) or something similar. Then it's decorated with icing and edible flowers. Wands are almost impossible to repair without extremely powerful means. You pretty much have to buy a new one. That's why they snap your wand if you get sent to Azkaban or you do something very wrong that doesn't get you sent to Azkaban. That's why they snapped Hagrid's wand when he was expelled after Tom Riddle/Voldemort framed him for Myrtle's death. Hagrid was only 13 so they didn't send him to Azkaban. Hagrid is so loyal to Dumbledore because Dumbledore knew Hagrid was an orphan so he made sure Hagrid was taken care of. He arranged for Hagrid to live with the groundskeeper and learn his job so Hagrid could eventually take over. Most of those moves Slytherin pulled in Quidditch in the first movie got them penalties just like any muggle sport.
In the books - the Polyjuice Potion wasn't clumpy like that and it changed color depending on the person whose hair was put in the potion. Also..Moaning Myrtle's actress is the same actress that played in an episode of Doctor Who, a character named Ursula with the Absorbaloft creature. "You may have killed my basilisk, but my theme music is still playing, Potter!" OMG lol and the "Voldemort's dental plan is out of pocket" absolutely killed me too! Also, when you said they went from 0-100 it's not actually true - the memory that Tom showed Harry in the diary was true - Tom framed young Hagrid and got him expelled from Hogwarts and his wand was snapped (He keeps the pieces of it inside his umbrella). While Ron and Harry are under the cloak in Hagrid's hut and Fudge comes with Dumbledore he says 'I am sorry Hagrid, but your record is against you, I've got to take him.' Because his name was never cleared after Tom framed him. It's not that Slytherin is necessarily 'bad'. Some of the qualities of those in House Slytherin lend themselves to the downfall of many wizards probably but not all Slytherins are evil. It's amusing to note that in the 20th anniversary of Hogwarts video there was a shot where in the last scene, Malfoy kicks Dobby - someone was like 'get a mop to clean up that spot he slipped on', and Malfoy was like 'I didn't slip' and the guy goes 'What happened then?' and Malfoy says 'I kicked Dobby down the stairs' haha also the same actor said he was supposed to 'cast a spell' on his script and the only spell he remembered was 'Avada Kedavra' and didn't even know what it did at first and then later realized what spell it was lol. Edit: One last cool fact - the actor that played Crabbe had been absent for awhile and didn't know that he was not supposed to clap and Tom Felton, Draco's actor, grabbed him back down and that was the take they used lol
Just wanna say the ladies did a great job not spoiling anything for Simon. Great job and great reaction. The length was good and you guys are funny .. keep it up 😌
Seemed no one answered the question about how Voldemort is the heir of Slytherin. Voldemort's mother came from a family that descended from Salazar Slytherin. However since they were pure bloods they never reproduced with anyone who was not pure blood. Voldemort's mother was tortured by her family for wanting a muggle man named Tom Riddle. She gave him a love potion that made him fall for her. After getting pregnant she took the love potion effect away. Tom was mortified and ran away. There is a video on YT that explains it in more depth.
Fun fact- back in 2002 when the three main trio were still 12, the actress who played 'Moaning Myrtle' was actually in her early to mid-30s. So yeah.....kinda weird
I love how this guy pretends to have never seen these Harry Potter movies. He literally “predicted” every action Harry was about to do or any plot direction the story was going. Lame.
Richard Harris plays Dumbledore in the first 2. He passes away after the filming of the 2nd one. Then Michael Gambon plays Dumbledore from the 3rd movie on.
A couple fun facts about this movie. Hugh Grant was suppose to play the part of Gilderoy Lockhart. He was ready to sign when he realized it would interfere with his filming of 2 weeks notice. Also, Richard Harris thought the Phoenix was real. They never broke the news to him that it was animatronic. When he first saw it he said "wow, they train these animals really well." Lol
Voldemort from the netherworld? Naw, He is looking for physical form like Sauron was in LOTR, since JK stole everything else too. (Nazgul, Galadriel's Mirror, etc)

There actually is a short extra scene at the end. I believe this is the only one in the series.

I'm married to a Brit, they have a dish we dont have, called mushy peas
This is a amazing ride to the end. Every movie gets darker and darker as the characters age.

Why is it they never use the spell "Eat slugs!" to solve most of their problems? It seems like it would be quite entertaining.
make reaction videos slightly longer like 1 and 30 minutes.. 📹🎥📹
This is pretty long for a reaction video ☝️
