Your kit looks a lot like my basic kit. The biggest difference is that I carry two U.S. military ponchos. This lets me use one for a tarp while I wear the other, or use both to make a tent, or use one for a tarp and the other for a ground sheet, or use one for a tarp, and wrap the other around my sleeping bag to be sure I stay dry on a really rainy nighty, etc. To me, the versatility is worth the extra weight.
