Met my first jam skater tonight I am really good at skating and was probably the second best on inlines in the rink but dang he blew me out the water he was doing the most steezy grapevine combos I've seen and now it's time for me to master it

I’m 17 I’ve been skating for like 13 years now and been working at my local rink for a year. I didn’t realize but just because of this experience my abilities on my toes and manouvorability is far beyond the basics and I can pick up a lot of jam skating easily I love this sm!!

Hello me from 2 months ago, your skates did in fact not fit you and you got new jam skates and can almost do the grapevine now. Your larger wheels also made it more difficult to do tighter moves.
Sometimes I feel like my wheels wobble depending on how I'm standing on my toes. Any suggestions?
I would check to make sure your wheels, trucks, etc are all tight. If the wobbling is still happening then it may just be a balance or strength issue which will get better over time with practice
@@ClassicSK8Crew it’s definitely a wheel or truck thing. I loosened the trucks a little. But I guess I’m not sure how much I should tighten them back to.

Very well put together video, however being a skater from the mid-west (Milwaukee Wi) this is not what we call "The Grape Vine, this is quite different from what I know to be a grape vine. What part of the country are you from?
