2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
113g unsalted butter (at room temperature)
2/3 cup whole milk
1 large egg
lemon zest of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup of dried blueberries
[Egg Wash]
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
[Glaze]
8 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 vanilla extract
