I have the 6s +, and I can not understand why the led light is on the back of it . For me this one doesn’t empty me as well as my spectra I may need to play with it a little more.

I haven't pumped in about a week or so. My flow is fine. I just cant get my nipples to latch like they use to. I'm trying to figure out if it's me or so I need to find that small piece that latches to the bottle in order for it to fully work.
Have you tested the zomme z2. If so if you had to compare the two which do you think is best?

Is 7.5 g of sunflower lecithin daily safe? It contains over 1000mg each of phosphatidylcholine thanolomine and linositol

We do not assist with latching on this platform, I recommend speaking with a lactation professional that specializes in nursing.
