He was an original & founding member who was paralysed from the waste down after a car accident following the release of thier 2nd album in the early 90s but continued on with the group and they released thier final album "The return' with all 5 original members in 2005.
Tony Thompson’s voice was certainly one of a kind. So pure, so beautiful, truly a 🎁. It saddens me that he couldn’t overcome his demons. May he Rest In Peace. 🥀🕊🤍🎤💎

I’ve met Russell and have had several conversations with him. I, personally, think that his current drama might have all started from money problems. Seemed he never felt they were getting paid enough. You may find this interesting, but told me “I can’t sing. Never could. None of us could except the lead singer. I could dance though.” Perhaps he was simply trying to avoid singing because one of my friends asked him to sing. Anyway, he’s polite in person, but he’s definitely unstable.
