- I smoked some oxtails for the first time on the Weber Smokey Mountain and they came out better than expected! Rich, tender and flavorful.
Seasoned with @howtobbqright Grande Gringo and @meatdavew All Purpose Seasoning. Cooked over @JealousDevil charcoal and cherry wood.
These were some of the best tacos I've ever made!!

Larry, those look absolutely awesome! My wife and I were drooling watching this, well I was anyway, and realized how long since I made these. Getting back in the house tomorrow after contractors are done and need to swing by Westerly Packing and get some! Thanks for another great video! Cheers!
Thanks for the idea! They were AMAZING! Loved the tacos with the pickled onions. So good!
Looks delicious! Can't go wrong with Fresco on a taco!
Absolutely! Fresco is my favorite cheese for tacos.
Looks great, can’t wait to do those
Thanks! Definitely worth it. Very very delicious!
Great idea - think I can do the initial part of cook on my direct heat cooker - then at 175 or so put them in a braising liquid and back on the cooker
Absolutely! Im sure that would be awesome!
