- This recipe is one of our favorites to make at home and you will see why after you give it a try! This is a fun take on bacon wrapped shrimp. Instead of using bacon we are using prosciutto! A very delicate and delicious Italian cured pork.
Seasoned with Heath Riles Simple Citrus, Meat Dave All Purpose season and Big Wick's Fuego Pepper Jelly Glaze. This is a perfect combination of sweet savory and spice!!

Thank you! I really didn’t monitor the temp. My good guess would be between 350-400F.
