I don’t have PD, but I have tremors from radiation treatments for cancer. I knit and am finding it more difficult to do so. I am going to do these exercises to see if they will help.

Hi maim i need to talk about it
My left forefinger is stiff in the second joint when I try to make a fist. That is the finger that also has a twitch which I believe is the precursor for a PD motor symptom. Do you have any comments on what I should do about the forefinger stiffness?

Thanks for reaching out. Exercise should never be a one-time thing, especially with Parkinson's Disease. Daily exercise and practice of large amplitude movements helps overcome the brain's influence of moving smaller.
