2. playing the game
The only thing I'm kinda disappointed in is that they split strider into two separate vocations.
@@pessolano461 If they were to leave the strider as is but give him an entire next-gen world to explore, it would only be a matter of time until he brain-splits his way into the real world. He has been split into two vocations as a power limiter.

I remember way back in the day I was so confused as to why eagle/lyncean sight seemingly did so much more damage than what would logically be the better long-range ranger skill Comet shot, I went on a whole research adventure and as it turns out, eagle sight scales with strength about triple the amount that comet shot does + it pierces enemies so hitting weak points is much easier.
So the more you know I guess.

it's funny that in the end game, a lot of vocations true purpose becomes clear. ranger is not in fact, the best sniper, but instead is the best debilitator. assassin is certainly not the best dagger, sword or shield user, that goes to strider and fighter. but when it comes to doing unholy amounts of damage with a bow, assassin reigns supreme.

I hope they confirm how equipment works in dd2 and deconfirm it being streamlined from the first game, I always thought dragons dogma 1 had the best equipment system in any game I’ve played so it’ll be sad to see if they simplify it
had me in the first half, though i was still actually interested in how to do a sniper build if you are being serious about it, was a little let down when ya cut to a skyrim archer build but tho appreciate the humor

So, I don't really know how to quickly farm level 3 cursed items. Besides that, how can I get a lot of Rift Crystals to purify them? I play on playstation so there's not really a save editor or something... could somebody help?

What would be the class to just play through the game quickly before getting into DD2? No exploits etc. just casual playthru.
Strider and Magick Archer are the easiest classes in the game and some of the strongest. They also have movement abilities so you can get around faster.
probably a longshot commenting here but i dont wanna cause a tiff in the discord; but is anyone a little saddened by the top 12 entries? half of them were very good and definitely deserve it, but one of the entries had a waistguard that just completely clashed with the outfit, a few entries dressed their arisen and pawn the same or very similarly, and there was a certain set that was used aLOT (even in the entries). i know its not that serious but i really dont know how or why some of them got picked for the final 12, and i just need to know if im the only one that feels like this

You definitely should give it a try. This is a late-game/DLC area so XP drops are expectantly very high, and I also think she's playing on Hard mode which almost doubles the XP gain
