Our second story is about Sinty Chan, a Year 4 student majoring in Global Business and Accounting.
Unlike many other students preoccupied with academic pursuit from dawn till dusk, Sinty enjoys filling her schedule with tough trainings and competitions. Being a part of the HKUST Rowing Team, her most unforgettable experience was the opportunity to join the DGIST Rowing Festival in Daegu, Korea. During that competition, she got to compete with and learn from national-level athletes of different nationalities. To Sinty, the most invaluable experience she gained from playing sports is definitely the tougher mindset that she fostered after pushing herself through intense trainings under the blistering sun.
