  • Old mate, angry Angus has been fighting his friends. It probably started our as a hematoma, but it is fully organized now into a seriously creamy abscess. We drained it, flushed it, and medicated him. Now he is a happy Angus bull!

Right? Ive seen farms take out their pocket knife... stab the animal, and then back up and let nature take it's course. The goddamn flys that brings is awful for the animals sanity though

I’ve watched numerous “Enoch the Cow Vet” videos. In every one that he has lanced an abscess, he has ALWAYS flushed it out with this iodine mixture to help cleanse the infection. Usually in conjunction with a shot of antibiotics.
