for God's name did you think that we need to know the size of rhe silicone flower, which by the way is not sold by Amazon OR tell us the amount of resin you mix?, we are just blind to follow your instructons Teaching is another form of art. Not satisfied with the video but beautiful piece
There’s a saying that comes to mind “It cost you nothing to be kind”. If there was additional questions you needed answer I have no problem answering there’s no need to be rude. The silicone mold is sold on Amazon here’s the link amzn.to/3JTUlqV it is 13.5inches and it also comes with smaller coasters that you could do the same technique and create trinket dishes. You will need about 1 3/8 cup of resin to fill the bowl. I apologize if the video didn’t meet up to you standards, thank you for acknowledging the art that I decided to share with others and how they can do it too.
Hermosa pieza !!Una consulta. Se puede usar para colorear alimentos. O es tóxica ? Y qué opinas de la resina de poliéster cristal premium? Desde ya muchas gracias x compartir tu hermoso arte😊
I cannot believe the nerve of some people to come on for the sole reason to criticize your art! So ironic for me at the ripe old age of 69 I am trying to learn this art and get annoyed when the videos don't indicate how much resin to mix! You continue to do your thing young lady, and " Do onto others as you would have them do onto you " is also a form of "art" ! Beautiful piece 1
Hello. If you use silicone it makes peeling the cure pieces off easily. Plastic as well but it can be a littler harder in some cases but still doable. If you’re using wood or anything else it will stick. For my wood sticks I like to get the access resin off so it’s a thin layer but it’s smooth. If it lands on clothes, carpet etc it will harden and you will not be able to remove it. I have not found a way to remove it in those instances.
I saw this plate on pinterest and i loved, but i didn't find that kind of mold in all internet and then i saw this video! Thank you so much for this tutorial ❤
That came out absolutely beautiful! I haven’t touched my resin in almost a year. Finally, I have a reason to get it all out and play! Lol I’m about to be bowl crazii! Everyone getting a bowl for no reason. Great job girly. Luv’ya back.
I absolutely love what you created. And, your cute way of adding info on how to join your channel. Creating bowls are unique & interesting. I’d like to know what you chose the boat resin? Keep creating young lady. I’ll be watching ❤
Thank you so much and for noticing my like and subscribe pop up🥰. Actually at the time they reached out to me and I haven’t turned back since. I was using another resin , I didn’t particularly love it, the odor was so strong, my pieces would turn yellow, and not always cure fully. I am open to trying different resins though.
I like the way you explain everything that you are doing simple and easy thanks for that I’m a beginner still trying to figure out if I want to this pursue craft
Thanks for telling me the step by step and everything that I had watched said that the table top epoxy was to thick but I am so glad I found your channel thanks once again ❤️ your beautiful bowl..
You’re so welcome I’m glad it helps. No it’s perfect and I believe you don’t want a think base with something like this because it will crack easily or won’t be able to mold without messing it up. Thank you again for watching
It's a wonderful piece! ❤ I tried lots of times to make a bloom with resin, but I've never achieved it. I suppose it's the resin density. Could you tell me, please, the "secret" for making floral effects with colours and white? Greetings from Italy ❤
Hello, thank you so much, wow 🤯 all the way from Italy. It definitely can be the density of your resin. The longer you let it sit especially a big cup can heat and thicken up. You can pour into smaller cups, use a heat gun or a blow dryer to move those colors around, in the video I’m using a toothpick and popsicle stick to encourage it to move, and pouring clear resin around those lines will help. Heat will accelerate it to curing causing it to thicken making it harder to blend. And for the white I love the castin craft opaque white, the link is in my bio 😉 it works better than any mica powder or pigment that I have tried so far.
Hi. Yes, you can pour water in your molds so you won’t have to cure and then make more resin. Use a measuring cup, you can make a guesstimate what is needed and just keep track of what you’re pouring and that will be what you will use for your mix. I recommend putting the mold on something stable to easily dump it since the mold will be unstable the water will spill when you dump it. Dry your mold completely, water and resin do not mix and your project won’t cure properly if it is still damp from water.
This is absolutely stunning! I have done several bowls, but have not used stainless steel before. I realize this was three years ago, but if you see this comment, can you tell me what size the bowl was? I struggle with finding plastic bowls, the correct size.
Hello, thank you 😊 I’m glad you found the video helpful. The stainless bowls are pretty old they might be a little older than 40 years old 😭. I measured from side to side the opening is about 13in wide with a base of 6in wide. I hope that helps.
Thank you. It actually was just trial but I would say placing inside made my bowl smaller than wide and it was easier to hold its form with the pinched flower leaves inside of the bowl once I got it in the bowl.
This is amazing! I have just received the same mold from Amazon and will be giving this a try. Can you tell me how much resin you initially mixed up? Thank you; your tutorial was so easy to follow.
Thank you. When the resin isn’t sticky anymore the plastic won’t leave lines but it is still pliable so it is possible if you were to press it hard. When I mold it to the bowl only the lines showed up from the actual mold not the plastic

Yes .. I just received this mold

I do the water trick too!!! I used to try and guess but was wasting way too much resin and that ish is expensive 😂

Beautiful! Do you let 1st resin layer sit for awhile before adding to it?
Thank you. No, this wasn’t a deep cast project. One pour and done.
I do not consider myself to be crafty. But this looks like something even I can do... I love it.
This is amazing! I have just received the same mold from Amazon and will be giving this a try. Can you tell me how much resin you initially mixed up? Thank you; your tutorial was so easy to follow.
Thank you. It’s bn awhile but I believe it was 2 1/3 cups but I prob could’ve mixed more in order to not have any thin areas. I’m glad it was helpful.
Love how this came out, very beautiful and creative!!
Thank you

Hello. Thank you.

Lovely video!! I have a question though... Does the plastic mark the resin?
Thank you. When the resin isn’t sticky anymore the plastic won’t leave lines but it is still pliable so it is possible if you were to press it hard. When I mold it to the bowl only the lines showed up from the actual mold not the plastic
