I hate these drugs so much. Everytime I have a problem, all they want to do is hand out drugs. I did find help by talking to a psychologist. I did not take the pills at all.

I think the focus should be ALL fields of Medication hasty knee jerk need to prescribe medications as the first resort as opposed to last resort needs to STOP. Personally, i think Psychology field- Talk therapy especially is amazingly helpful. I was immediately given medication at my first appointment with a psychiatrist, which i did not take. I was an informed client, i did a lot of research; i said therapy talk will help me more than medication. She insisted i needed both. 3 months of intensive talk therapy later- i am a different human being, better 1000%. All my anxiety gone. I still i have to work on my persistent depressed nature, but i believe that has improved also after asking my doctor to prescribe me Vitamin D, the green strong dose jelly capsules. It helped me profoundly

I think vitamin k2 and exercise helps me. I had a heart attack. I refused the psychiatric medications. Talk therapy, books and videos help me.

It's not a believe, it's a conclusion of many investigations he made in Cochrane Institute!!!
And me, as a victim, have the same view. Just a couple months, not a "heavy" or years use.
Psychiatry must be abolished ASAP (or at least refounded with science) to end destroying countless lives with impunity.

Neuroleptic drugs effect the nerves directly - thought + expression are badly affected!
Alcohol is something you choose to buy at 18+, neuroleptics can be forced on kids. That's a huge difference. Also i'm sure there is more support on quitting alcohol compared to quitting psych drugs.

I've been on Ritalin, thorazine, and a bunch of other crap. Known other people all my life who grew up taking that junk. Yes, they do cause these things. Yes they do destroy people's lives before they even begin. I'm so sorry that mental illness isn't easy for you to understand and fit into your nice little mental picture of the world. The fact is that there are some real solutions for these people if only psychiatry would get out of the way.

@@idontlikeoutside I wish I would have never encountered psychiatry. Misdiagnose and after researching and how they handle their drugs, I figured I have 4 suicides out of 5 in which psychotropic drugs were involved in my environment... My friend is dead because of them, I nearly, too. Go to hell, you have zero clue. This isn't help by no means. This is plain madness they produce.
