    waoooo how grateful I am for having taught me what I looked for so much. She is the only person and the only video she teaches with such accuracy as drawing, not just a unicorn, but a horse and a zebra. Most importantly, you teach how to locate the physical features of these. Thank you!!!🤗 and Blessings 🕊🕊🕊

    Really like to see you do this on a kids face.. I can paint on a flat surface that's stationary all day long.. but throw in a time limit, some wiggles and contours of the face and its a whole different ballgame.

    • @fairyfox
      @fairyfox  5 лет назад

      I can relate in reverse! painting on a flat stationary surface makes me nervous. Hahaha. Try and think of it as doing make-up instead of a painting, the outlining is the eyeliner. -With the time limit and the wiggles , they go hand in hand. The quicker you go- the fewer wiggles you have to deal with. On a really little kit I will often sing a nursery rhyme or count, something they are familiar with, so they have something to pay attention to that will keep them still. I think I have this on a face in a speed video.

      Thank you! Practicing is so helpful! I am using paper in this video- because I needed it for the powder to show up on camera. I have tried different practice materials, but one of my favorite is a silicone baking mat- you can buy them at any box store- they feel quite close to skin- and are cheap.

    Certainly the best that I have come across in a long time in regard to this topic. Laura, would you mind sharing the info about the brushes U used? Pretty clear about the LC #2, but I'm courious about the black one and the chisel ones, thanks a million!!!!!

    • @fairyfox
      @fairyfox  5 лет назад

      I am so sorry, but I have bad news, the black one I have been told is no longer made, and the chisel is actually a filbert that comes in a pack with 14 other brushes! So sad, finding the perfect brush. I do recommend trying out a filbert that is bigger (size 10?) it gives you such organic lines, for things like hair- I love it!!!

    • @fairyfox
      @fairyfox  5 лет назад

      No problem, it is actually just a piece of blue paper. I used it so you could see the white powder. I always recommend practicing on skin if you can- but when you can't silicone baking mats are a good cheap option.
