That's pretty impressive for a $200 projector - outdoors in daylight! I'm thinking of building a sim under my carport where I could cut the light somewhat with a screen/curtains on the sides. Your video gives me confidence that it would look pretty good.
Projector is nice, especially for the price. Also, I am going to make a quick video on how to change the aspect ratio to fit the screen (in this video I have set to 16:9 ratio instead of 4:3 ratio - couldn’t find how to change in the manual, finally figured it out) If you are able to control the lighting somewhat- should have no problem w a great, bright picture.
How are you liking the net/impact screen? I am currently using a 10x10x10 cage and use it outside. Looking to get this for the new house for the winter.
The net and impact screen is outstanding. Especially for the price. Me and my buddies usually move the net around from house to another house or to driveway etc … set up takes 15-20 minutes, but it is so well built. Only complaint I have heard is some people when they set up the net, the top of the net sags a little bit. If this were to happen you could probably fix the sag with a few zip ties.
@@dub-golf good to know. I might hang a Hook from the ceiling to pull the sag up in the garage but doesn’t seem like that big of a deal. Will likely do a floor projector with a box over it at some point too. Will be first winter with sim in garage. Upgrading from r10 to skytrak. Can’t wait!
@aidencampbell2441 Hi Aiden. Yes it can. Page 10-12 of the manual allows you to change to aspect ratio. If needed send me an email (listed under RUclips homepage) and I can send you a video tutorial the company sent me as well. I am going to post a video soon on how to make it more of a square image, instead of widescreen.
I'm shocked that you can see the projection during daylight hours. I wonder if your screen has anything to do with that. I've got a BenQ on my outdoor simulator and I can only see the screen after dark.
Yes, I would definitely recommend a dim lit setting in a garage or a sim room, ideally. This video was taken when the sun was setting. There was still a decent amount of light out, but it definitely was not pitch black out.

Can this do a 1:1 aspect ratio?
@devinsills745 4:3 and 16:9 listed.
Nice shot!

@stevenviez2764 that will be a sweet set up!
@@dub-golfCan the projector fill the whole screeen?

Hey I can’t seem to find the wimius p62 in my country would the wimius p64 work the same for a side mount?
Hi there. I am sorry - I have not used the p64, but as long as it has ‘keystone’ adjustment it should be able to be used as a side projector.
Do you feel comfortable hitting driver into this? 160+mph ball speeds
Yup, definitely!
How's that screen holding a few months in?
Screen has been great. Been using new golf balls so the screen doesn’t get dirty. Have had it for about six months now.
Dub Golf, Are you using "RCT" balls or just regular?
Haven’t got the RTC yet. Just a mix of Bridgestone and Titleist here. You?
Dub Golf, who is your favorite Orioles player?
Growing up Ripken, Cal Jr.
Now… Hays, Bautista, Cano all fun to watch. Still haven’t been to Camden Yards. Can’t wait to go!
What launch monitor are u using ?
Garmin R10 launch monitor. Awesome Golf Software.
@@dub-golf Any reason this setup with the iphone, adapter, and projector couldn't work with flight scopes app, e6 connect, etc?
@PT56123 I use E6 with it all the time (via Garmin R10). I think it would definitely work via iPhone and flight scope
@PT56123 we have a lot of viewers who use the Rapsodo launch monitor w these iPhones/adapters and it work out great as well.

Unfortunately, it is out stock 😩. GoSports told me June 28th. Back in stock!!
@@dub-golf Fingers crossed! Thank you!
@@keepereg Just got an email for GoSports it is back on the market/available as of today (06/25/2024)
