    Hi! I love your videos! I actually bought your pattern for this top on Etsy and it's working up great so far. It's really nice to be able to go back and forth from the pattern to this video. The only thing I've done differently from the pattern so far is chain 2 on the turns for the body instead of chain 3 because I've found that it doesn't give me as large of gaps between the turning chain/1st double crochet and the second double crochet of the rows.

    heyy!! absolutely love this top of yours and the instructional video! can i use a 3 mm hook and side 3 yarn for the same pattern?

      @SimpleCrochetDesigns  3 года назад +2

      Hi, thank you very much. I’m glad you like the top.😊 If you use 3mm hook and #3 yarn you need to adjust the number of rows or else the top will be big.

    I’m a bit confused. I’ve restarted this top many times and referenced both the written and video tutorial but when you have to repeat row 5 until row 10 my row 10 does not land on the bigger wing, it lands on the smaller wing. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong?

      It because she swapped the stitches from the beginning I think. Where she says to do 5 you should do 3 and vice versa.

    When you say to attach the yarn for the left wing with the right wing facing you, I did this but when it comes to making the big wing, I end up on the wrong side to be able to do it..? So the increases are happening on the small wing? I bought the written pattern and I’m getting the same result, it’s really confusing
