Same, it actually almost made me sad that he didn't even try to bite. Not that him being aggressive would be good, but at least it'd be him defending himself. He was either so naturally gentle natured or so beaten down that he couldn't even protect himself and could only scream. Glad he is treated well now.

In the 19 years that I’ve been alive, I have never once heard a dog or any animal scream like that. I can’t even begin to imagine what that puppy has gone through. No animal should ever have to go through that

Did u know in China on June 20 they kill dogs for 10 days😣😤 to eat which is disgusting to me bc they burned them alive and other cruel stuff😭. When I found out about it I was in tears bc I have 2 dogs. It called the Yulin Festival 🤧😷. U can search it up but I recommend u to not bc u will cry if ur a dog lover. This was incredibly hard to watch at the beginning. The dog wasn’t barking, he was screaming. Screaming as if he was begging for his life. I have never heard a dog make a noise like that before. It’s truly heartbreaking and I can’t imagine what he has been through. I’m so happy he is doing better now.
The motherdog might have had a rough time. She might have protected her puppy's by keeping them 'out of the hands of humans'. (Or did not make it.) There's not much information Who knows in what condition she (the mother) lived, as a young dog maybe, with injuries or poor health.
Don't want to make it sound cruel, contrary, once we understand, we can help better. For sure the result of abuse.
It makes me think of our and their position on earth.

Nothing makes me more angrier than seeing people abusing animals. Thank you so much, you gave him a good home, and you are slowly making his life better. I can’t even imagine what this poor baby went through. I have 5 dogs, 3 which were rescued. One of them was kind of like this German shepherd. All my dog would do is bark and bite us, he was afraid that we were going to hurt him too.

It takes a long time! I have two rescues from Bulgaria, one is definitely an anxious guy like Kanye, although not quite as traumatized. It took a while for him to enjoy being pet and cuddled by me and he didn't sleep in my bed the first year (always in front of the door of my bedroom). Now even my boyfriend can cuddle him (he is a bit more anxious around men because of the deeper voice). I've had him for a little over two years now, and he's still learning to trust since it takes a while before he lets people touch him... but if he does, he's all over them!
My other dog I've had for almost a year, she has learned a lot from my other dog, they seem to be teaching each other! I couldn't be happier or prouder, although it is tough work and they might never be as easy-going with strangers as a dog you got as a puppy and socialized in the most important puppy aged weeks.

But for real though, my heart goes out to that pup and the thought of the amount of pain and abuse he went through to produce such a guttural wail is equally heartbreaking and blood-boiling.
I've got a 4 year old Doby that I used to get so mad at and have to give him a quick tap on the nose to get him to stop playing too rough, or chewing valuable things, potty training issues, jealousy and greed, you name it. But I could never be so callous as to take my anger out on a dog that can't think on the same level as us and is more than willing to change to please you if you take the time and educate him. I still feel bad sometimes when he's sleeping in my bed at night while I'm still on the computer and I can hear him whimper very rarely in his dreams because even those little love taps could've been traumatizing to him since I didn't know a better way at the time.
This is sickening to hear those terrified Screams from that sweet tortured pup...

Our pug made that sound, but she loved to be dramatic about car traveling. She was so excited to get in to the car but the second the car started moving she started screaming like someone was about to eat her.
My girlfriends dachshund ran from her once, right into a raccoons nest with babies in it. The raccoon bit its face and put holes through its nose with the fangs. It cried like this. Survived just fine but never messed with raccoons again
