Adrian Turcu is right. Oil Infused with Garlic is made with ROOM TEMPERATURE oil that you add RAW cut or uncut garlic to and let it sit AT ROOM TEMPERATURE so that the garlic lightly flavors the oil. I never make this due to the risk of toxins. Much better to gently cook the garlic in the oil then keep in the refrigerator.

Seseme oil is a good addition. You must wait for the hot oil to cool first, otherwise the Seseme oil will loose it's flavor.
