Just want to share my recipe for chili garlic sauce(I'm just lazy to make a video): 1 Kg Chili Labuyo 200g Fried Garlic(pre-fried) 1 1/2 L Oil 1/4Kg washed sugar 3 Tbsp Muscovado 1 tsp rock salt 1 cup Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp MSG 2 dried leaves laurel 5 pcs star anise 4 pcs small cinnamon 2 tsp chinese five spice 1pc shrimp bouillon cube 1 sachet oyster sauce 2 tsp sesame oil And I cook this in very low fire for more than 2 hours of continous stirring. I use this recipe for selling, and my total cost(packaging included) is around 350 pesos,with a yield of 10 200ml bottle container which can cost 60-70 pesos,almost double the capital.

Why do you want to use GMO oil in your food? It’s high in omega 3 but is it worth using it for cooking? There’s other oil that’s safe to heat in higher temperatures and coconut oil is one of my favourite in cooking because of the benefits that helps us to maintain our health
