Just want to share my recipe for chili garlic sauce(I'm just lazy to make a video): 1 Kg Chili Labuyo 200g Fried Garlic(pre-fried) 1 1/2 L Oil 1/4Kg washed sugar 3 Tbsp Muscovado 1 tsp rock salt 1 cup Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp MSG 2 dried leaves laurel 5 pcs star anise 4 pcs small cinnamon 2 tsp chinese five spice 1pc shrimp bouillon cube 1 sachet oyster sauce 2 tsp sesame oil And I cook this in very low fire for more than 2 hours of continous stirring. I use this recipe for selling, and my total cost(packaging included) is around 350 pesos,with a yield of 10 200ml bottle container which can cost 60-70 pesos,almost double the capital.
can i know how will it last?? gumagawa din po kasi ako niyan, ang nakita ko lang na technique para magtagal maliban sa dapat nakababad sa mantika kasi pag nagdry nasisira agad.. kahit hindi iref po pano siya magtatagal?? thanks po

I wont follow the recipe exactly, but gave me a great idea, thanks! In my case I prefer to grill ingredients before taking to the blender. that way your final sauce never separates the oil from the paste, gives you a creamy result.
