You're an inspiration for me. Last year, my son was bullied about his weight at school, and I have weight to lose too. So, we're using your recipes and starting a weight loss journey. You've shown me dieting doesn't have to be boring!
I use 3 large spoons of cottage cheese + 1 egg+ garlic powder+ italian seasonings. Just mix no blender Flatten bake on top of parchment paper on both sides. Then spread little tomato sauce. Add cheese + topping. Onions and mushrooms are my favorite topoings. Use broiler to melt and brown the topping.
I've never had cottage cheese and I just tried it. I can't believe I've gone 35 years without it! 🤯 It just taste like cream cheese mixed with mozzarella! Who knew! 😂
Does anyone else but me remember back in the day (1970's) when Graham Kerr (TV's Galloping Gourmet) would taste what he created at the very end of his show, his reaction was always priceless, he was completely immersed in the flavors of his dish. My two brothers would wait until the end of his show and run into the room JUST to watch only that ending then they would run out, they laughed so hard. Mayra, you have so many wonderful ideas, thank you for all of your tips and I just watched your salad dressing ideas from a couple of weeks ago and will try those out. I can't wait to try this. Pizza has been hard for me since most keto crusts are so high in fat and calories. Almond flour crusts are a bit high in carbs as well. This is everything I need. 🎉

Made this today for me and the hubs. It is good my only issue is I would like a little more firm crust but definitely delicious definitely used the seasoning I added a teaspoon of Italian seasoning too but happy campers here.
I followed the recipe exactly, except I put the crust on a pizza stone instead of a pizza pan. My crust basically disintegrated into the parchment paper and I couldn’t get it off. I suggest either spraying the parchment paper first or maybe using a pie plate that would make the crust a little thicker. The little bit I tore off tasted good but unfortunately I couldn’t use it for a pizza.
This is the first pizza crust recipe that I have seen that didn't seem like a lot of prep time or included ground chicken. I'm allergic to poultry (I can eat eggs) so I will definitely give this a try.

What size cottage cheese did you blend with 2-eggs. Couldn’t see ounces on container. Sure it would make a difference in the outcome. TY for all your inspiration! 🍕🍕🍕
maybe adding some parmesan cheese to the batter will help it crisp up also letting it cool in the freezer after baking the crust and applying butter to the bottom of the crust before the second bake will aid in crisping the crust
What do you think about using a pizza stone? I wonder if it would crisp up the crust a bit, the cottage cheese flatbreads are so floppy. Looks good though
