Writer Brandon Weaver and Photographer Jerod Foster share their story of adventure motorcycling the New Mexico Backcountry Discovery Route from the Pine Canyon campground in the Guadalupe Mountains to Truth or Consequences. With an overnight stop in Ruidoso at Midtown Mountain, a coffee at Sacred Grounds, a ride through Midtown, and then out toward Nogal via Tanbark Canyon/Nogal Canyon roads. The ride across southern New Mexico highlights the Fall colors in Ruidoso and Cloudcroft.
