Hey man love your videos. I just wanna say as far as the running goes you should really consider showcasing 3rd person perspective via drone or something. Then during those segments you can either cut down the parts where your monologuing while running with the current POV and monologue instead during the overhead far away shots or cut out the current one entirely. It would just give the viewers a much better submerge into your experience overall and on a optimistic note maybe double your subs or more by Q2 next year.

Why do you need carbs if you are running at a low heart rate which would be primarily fat as fuel.

Sure I get that but you spent the whole run in zone 2 since you mentioned slowing down any time you reached 150 bpm. So you shouldn’t have tapped into any carbs during that run.
