You’ve joined at a great time in history. Though P/W are not in vogue right now. You have the complete history which the original owners didn’t know how there watches would be placed in history. I myself love railroad watches. Buy them now why’ll they are inexpensive. And save them. Remember all horological fans know. The real beauty was on the INSIDE.
      So welcome.

Bravo, Bob…Bravo. That took a lot of time and effort to research and produce and for that, we thank you. This was highly interesting, informative, and entertaining…well, to some of us, anyway. Also, I think that anyone who payed rapt attention to the end, can now safely describe themselves as a “watch nerd.” If the shoe fits….LOL. Thanks, Bob…great job.

Citizen Eco-drive (Solar Quarts + Lithium Titanate Battery) or Apple WATCH SERIES 1-9 how the system on a chip clock works from quartz or similar timing mechanism in IOT or internet of things smartwatches & fitness trackers, Samsung Gear units, Fitbits, Garmin Smartwatches or many other digital watches. Amazing how all computers have a clock to synchronize electrical signals

Moving your hand in water doesn’t increase appreciably the pressure on the watch! The difference is a fraction of a percentage. Unless you can move your hand at tremendous speeds which we as humans are nowhere close to! Is a myth being perpetuated for so many years... if you read some watch forums, there have been people who made the calculations to disprove this myth.
