No words.. this is the most Spectacular property i've seen bright and Airy eveywhere even cinema room not tucked away in some basement. The lighting is so unique especially in the bedrooms. Loved those sconces. Matt and Summer loved your interchangeble Uk english and American English. You two looked very much the part of the wealthy Flo ri da owners you look like you belong there. Lovely home a little too warm for me outside but love all the marble interiors and modern art deco look outside. Mini putt golf on that terrace I think. The lift and splashback are well made and selected. Rooms are very different without being garish and cluttered. That large bath with a small bath-tub I would have to have one slightly larger and easier to get in. I would prefer etched glass in the bath you see the view from all around the property I don't think it's needed from there. Well done Summer and Matt looking forward to the next one.

I like all the differing angles across internal rooms and also in the outdoor garden and pool areas. Peter U.K. Here in the U.K. tendency most of the time is straight lines and square areas as such.....I think I can only afford the front door though on this property!

This one made me miss old Matt and Summer shows. Was simpler but more interesting. It's like walking around Ikea and showing stuff with more shiny stuff on it. Old show was more pro within exposition. This channel praises more itself.
Agree that I prefer their other shows more but still love the two of them and are pleased with their progress as they've worked very hard to be where they are today. Beautiful house but my fave of all time is still The Knoll in Nottingham.
I have to agree. I commented earlier how Summets accent gets posher and posher as the houses get more expensive. All the extra editing and slow motion shots etc can get a bit much. I still like what they do but it seems they are becoming victims of their own success!
Great tour! Amazing house and very bold to use an entire room as a Turkish bath. The staging of the home theater was terrible they really dropped the ball putting in a small TV and some chairs. It would have been very inexpensive to put a projector screen, projector and some black out curtains to make it look like an actual theater.

You can get better value and classier properties in Dubai. In Dubai, majority of their luxury property design elements are not jarring or clashing. Too much customized bespoke design diminishes resale value. Still sweet home with great location in Fort Lauderdale.
The shapes on the marble in the kitchen resembles the position my hands often sit in while I meditate! It's gotta be a good omen 🧘♂️i imagine, there's nothing like having a back yard dock in Florida where there may or may not be saltwater crocodiles 🐊 just lurking... I've hear sometimes storms will blow them around the coast to new areas further away from places like the Everglades.. i would still love it! There's nothing better than the threat of dinosaurs or large predators to make one feel alive!! ⚖
Great house, but the neighbours can see into the whole house .. i walk around my house naked most of the time, It should have windows that go dark so you don't have to put the blinds down. but if you paid 40 mill you could sort that lol

I wouldn’t say no and it’s nicely furnished, but it does looks like a hotel. Sometimes buildings are just too big and neighbours too close. Good Vid.
