Some schools have certification programs that will allow you to take the 5 main core classes of the MHA/MPH program and as long as you keep a 3.0 GPA then you can transfer those classes into the graduated program......I know this b/c my GPA was even lower than a 2.9!

Get an idea on their admissions decision factors. Most of these programs are open to everyone that visit. They need to make a good impression on everyone. I didn’t give a crap about GPA requirements.

The minimum GPA for most programs is 3.0. My undergrad GPA was 3.1. I met the minimum requirements, but the avg. gpa was 3.7. I'm currently at Georgetown, so the students I competed with came from the Ivies.
