dawn of rangnarok was the sinlge most underwhelming piece of content I ever played. Glad to see you agree. I agree with most of your list man and I enjoy how in depth you went in this video. haven't finished it yet but loving it.
I might borrow some ideas from it for a university writing project
Love your content AS!
So Dawn of Ragnarok...I would best describe as "Mum, I want God of War. We have God of War at home" and God of War at home is DoR. I genuinely didn't think it was possible for Ubisoft to stoop to below a 1/10 from Odyssey. Ubisoft- forwarding the industry in the most backwards of ways
Thank you brother, and happy holidays! This next year is going to be absolutely insane for you.
Valhalla base game was honestly already pretty underwhelming for most of its absurdly long runtime, but the fact that DoR managed to surpass even that low bar is almost impressive...
I'm so happy I didn't buy it
Listened to this in one whack; fresh, thought-provoking takes (along with genuinely funny cracks) show that you’ve put the hours in. Impressive
I love Lost Archive. Its so damn sad and I cry everytime during the last line. Clay's dad is trying to call him because he hasn't heard from him in a few years. He's just asking if his son is okay, but he'll never see or speak to his son again
Most boring gameplay I saw in AC. Even worse than the tower defense crap...
@@Marquis-Sade did you play it?
@@natestadler2352 Otherwise I could not say anything about the gameplay, could I?
@@Marquis-Sade sorry, I thought by "saw" you meant you just watched some of it
@@natestadler2352 I mean it like "expierened". Sorry for the misunderstanding
1:24:35 In addition to that: after you completed the main story of the DLC you can find Sutekh's dead body near the Cobra Oasis in the DLC map (region Waset Desert) without the apple. When you interact with Sutekh's corpse Bayek says: "No... is this Sutekh? He deserved more than this fate. And the relic is... gone. I pray to Amun he hid it well"... and that's it. We never see this apple again. Such an important thing just hidden to stumble across it by accident. So much potential, unfortunately not (yet) used and explored. Actually I question why they did this? It seemed to tease some sort of follow up we haven't seen so far
Please don't stop making content. You're incredibly well spoken and a joy to listen to.
I'd love it if perhaps you gave your thoughts on Rogue and a video on how you would personally re-write it.
Thank you! That's a great idea - will make note of it :)
i thoguht this said please stop making content LOL
Damn, you kind of convinced me to retry Dead Kings. Haven't played it since its launch so I had genuinely forgotten about most of it, but I did like your tangent regarding Assassins slowly becoming feared legends among the ranks of Templars and other enemy factions as you progress from killing one high value target to the next. It adds to that power fantasy in a way that very few games can manage to grasp and make you feel like an accomplished killer (Agent 47 from Hitman comes to mind as well). Hope you're enjoying the holidays!
It is genuinely impressive how much Yohalem salvages from Arno's character in such a short timeframe. It's actually kind of polarising to think that it's attached to Unity haha. Hope you and your family have a wonderful new year bro!
Ezio comes to mind as well. In AC2 he starts building his legend. In Brotherhood he's known by some, and respected by few. By the time of Revelations, he's known by everyone, respected by some and feared by his enemies. Well, the smart ones
1:38:49 that was a brutal finisher indeed, Adevale has so much strength his body is barely able to mantain it
Jokes aside this is a great video, absolutely deserving of more views and attention. I just watched it and have the urge to re-watch it again because how much i liked your manner of talking and soothing voice (no homo)
I have always thought the same. Dead Kings is the Best DLC, combines everything great about AC. Mystery around an Isu artifact; a villian based around real History; great mix of real world History & AC Lore; great soundtrack; awesome ambience; best parkour and somewhat Polished
Great video. With these games now on PS Plus / Gamepass and some of the complete editions going on sale it's good to see which DLCs are worth buying.
Damn I love how detailed this video is, had to sub straight away
thx loved the video man ! good work
Man what an amazing video, I agreed with every single one of your points.
I've been a fan of yours for a while and it's been very interesting to see you go from semi-spammy (but still enjoyable) top 10's to god-tier retrospectives like this. This is definitely one of your best videos!
Man I love your content walshie, I hope mirage is a success simply so you have more content for me to watch.
Loved origins dlcs, telling the early days of the bortherhood, and then goin deeper into Egyptian mythology
"the fantasy is sacrificed for the formula" - Damn... perfect way to summarise the last two games
Great content, love your calm paced analysis. Tire of vids where it seems that the creator is on a speed talking mission whilst hyped on Redbull. You are clearly not a Moron with a Mic.....to quote you. Agree with you on a lot of the topics.
This whole time I thought battle of Forli was part of the main story💀 I remember I was begging for the game to finally end and then they hit with another arc😭
Yea that dlc is horrible and out of place I don’t know why they included that internally in the remaster trilogy.
my fav is freedom cry even tho u make some good points about how it's not perfect, im jus emotionally attached to it cuz it was one of the first ac things i ever played. i love the sound that plays when u get a viewpoint
For me, The Hidden Ones DLC was the best one. Still. It wasn't stretched, repetitive, punishing or boring unlike most DLCs (in any game).
The cutscenes were full of life. Just like the main game, it was a beautiful experience. Soundtrack, dialogues, cutscenes all s tier.
I call it the golden Assassin's Creed game.
I can barely remember it...
I disagre, I think that there was nothing new in The Hidden ones. Just another territory without any gameplay changes. Ending is a copypaste of scene where bayek and aya created their new creed. I think it'd be cool if we had a mechanics from ac:brotherhood with using assassins in gameplay.
@@burritobrown5164 This!
But was the ending copypasted? I cant even remember the ending, tbh.
forgetful DLC
Da Vinci's DLC was the best by a mile for me
@@cant_handle_deeznuts Opposite of this. The only thing I remember about it is Ezio implying that Da Vinci is gay.
It was marketed as a free DLC, and Vacation does do a good job of wrapping up Odyssey’s main narrative to set the Eagle Bearer forward while spicing up gameplay with a callback to the very first game for the boss fight. Overloading the spear to deprive it of its PoE upgrades forces the player to go back to basics with the combat, putting more focus on stealth since you don’t have the fancy moves or health restore abilities to draw on.
korfu island was so amazing and a perfect ending to kassandras odyssey in my opinion
I liked the Legend of Beowulf DLC in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. It adds to and fits in with the setting and vibe of the game. I was actually studying the original epic poem in literature class in university at the time when AC Valhalla released, so it appealed to me for that reason
I’m playing through Valhalla currently and did that DLC quest the other night and agree completely. Fits perfectly into the world and I accidentally stumbled across it without even realizing it was a dlc quest line
@@kermut It is certainly more appropriate than the Dawn of Ragnarok DLC which felt completely unessercery and way too overpriced for what it is. I wish the developers made the Beowulf DLC a more fleshed out larger experience instead.
I learned that Beowulf was actually written around the time when AC Valhalla takes place, so again it is appropriate for the vibe and setting of the game.
Didn’t even bother buying Ragnarok DLC after watching videos on it. Valhalla is long enough as is anyways
@@kermut Wise decision
Yeah that was a really good one. Not really a fully fledged DLC though, just a bonus mission really.
JtR’s tone should have been what Syndicate was in its totality, or becomes a change in tone throughout the game. Pretty damn good.
Freedom Cry was quite fun, it’s just a shame the liberation missions didn’t lead to more. There is never a chance in the number of Maroons regardless of how many people you’ve liberated, nor are there any opportunities for base upgrades nor an ability to use an Assassin recruit mechanic. It felt like the prologue to a larger Adewale game…which was then completely closed with Rogue.
Your voice has gotten deeper lad. Welcome back
Jack the ripper was better than the entire game and it was so good, the atmosphere, the brutality and obviously the ripper
Happy New Years Walshie
Happy New Year Dylan ♥
Walshie, by any chance could we get a "Assassin's Creed games ranked" video? I feel it would be amazing to have an updated version of this.
I do not agree with many of your opinions young man, that being said. A great video, well made. Thumbs up from me.
Appreciate it!
I think you've got ToKW a bit wrong. These are just my thoughts on it, and they could be equally as wrong as well. Just thought I'd throw my two cents in.
The opening of Connor and Washington touching the apple and then having this whole alternate reality adventure is "canon", but like Odyssey's Atlantis DLC, where it isn't happening "in reality" (since we're still in the animus ofc). As Washington explains during the plot, the apple's alternate reality allowed him to do whatever he wanted, and he succumbed to the temptation out of curiosity. Since both he and Connor are the only conscious ones in this scenario, their memories and understandings of the world are being imprinted on this VR space, leading to Connor meeting warped versions of his homestead citizens and other concepts.
Bearing this in mind, Washington and Connor being the only sapient individuals here, it makes perfect sense why the Assassins and Templars don't have any weight on the story at large. And this isn't to say that it wouldn't have been interesting to see, I agree it could've been a fun experience, but it's not exactly necessary for the concept to play out. Washington already kinda adopts the role of a "temporary Templar" (try saying that 10 times fast lol), keeping control and enthralling the masses.
Finally, I want to touch on the ending. During the final cutscene we see Washington accepting the role as the first President of the US, but just before he is asked if he would like to be the permanent ruler of the colonies (like a King). He now, in a right state of mind, and seeing firsthand the consequences of someone (specifically *himself*) in unchecked power, decides his tenure will be only temporary to put checks and balances for the nation at large. This becomes the in universe origin for the tradition of almost every president only serving a maximum of 2 terms of 4 years each (obvious exception being Roosevelt during WWII, as the states were in a time of war).
Honestly I mean no shade with this, I respect your opinions on it and the other DLCs. Even if I disagree with some, I think you've got valid criticism for all of the DLC on this list.
Also, just as a post script about Aya as Kassandra's descendant and not reacting to the apple; While we play as Aya in Origins, we don't actually have access to Senu or another Eagle, this could imply that Aya isn't attuned with her Isu DNA even when having a large amount of it. Myrrine isn't shown to be able to use any Isu feats herself, and she's Leonidas' daughter. As we know from AC IV "Some people are born with it, some people learn to use it, some people never know about it at all." (roughly paraphrasing Kidd iirc)
Wrath of the druids made me so mad because I knew Ciara was gonna betray us but she is the only romancible character in the game I didn't hate 😅
Also, Fate of Atlantis was one of my favorite DLCs, for similar reasons that I liked Curse of the Pharaoh: It fully immerses in the mythology and combines the Isu in it with this translation layer. Personally, I think Odyssey and Origins pulled this off well, while Valhalla failed it hard (which is why I didn't try Dawn of Ragnarok at all).
They are fan service for those who like the Isu and the Mythology, and I'm the perfect target group 🤣
Thank you for putting all my issues with The Hidden Ones into words. It wasn't bad but for the amount of importance placed on it, it was very underwhelming.
I was also pleasantly surprised with the Siege of Paris. I thought it was a very good DLC. Not perfect, but very solid.

And you buddy!
I'm playing the dawn of ragnarok dlc and for me it's the best 👌 I understand who doesn't like it, but I love odin and everything that has to do with the nordic.
Got Dawn of ragnarok for 13 quid and am loving it. Seriously. I just turn my brain off and enjoy the mythology.
It's remarkable how accurate valhalla is to mythology. And the implications of it all to the isu is cool too. They weren't some peaceful race of advanced technology. They fought amongst themselves, Surtr was a mad warlord who genocided isu races.
And I also have a soft spot for norse mythology
Fair enough list....honestly I like Battle of Forlì but then other DLC's you place above it had a much better story for thr contribution towards the game....
Battle of Forlì contributed towards Ezio's character as the game had already worked really much into contribution towards plot and storytelling that was GOAT Tier.
Battle of Forlì did a good job in giving Ezio good confidence and feats to combat a Battle and win it the Assassins and Fighter way. Ezio can solo in Stealth way or Staight up fight way.
Sup Walshie I honestly don’t know what to say about the DLCs other than Dead Kings because that’s the only DLC I played and that one was good.
I absolutely loved Dead Kings. The only thing that ruined it for me was that Arno didn't have the Raider Outfit from the beginning.
(As a person who hasn't played Valhalla) part of me wonders if Dawn of Ragnarok (And, as a person who is going through Odyssey RN and hasn't played Fate of Atlantis), were cases of the smaller devteams put on those projects overshooting their scope and budget.
Dawn of Ragnarok, on paper, is pretty much targeting something very similar to what Xenoblade Chronicles 2's Torna: The Golden Country did mechanically.
Take the Original Game's Mechanics and Structure, create a new singular large zone, sprinkle in elements of the older areas (to add compare/contrast and also save on budget), and tell a story that gives context to a character or characters in the main game.
Dawn of Ragnarok at least conceptually, seemingly could've been the setup for Odin and Loki in Valhalla as Torna was for Jin and Malos in XBC2, it just seems they ran out of budget/manpower at some point.
(Likely due to Ubi saying AC Valhalla is finished with the next update and they are moving on to the AC Infinity plan with Ubisoft Sofia, the devs of DoR, being likely pushed into the Assistance-Studio status for Mirage, Red, or Hexe, or a project derived from one of them ala their relationship with Ubi Montreal with using AC4 as a foundation to make AC Rouge)
Fate of Atlantis likely was a similar situation, even though I can't find which specific Studio made that DLC, Ubisoft themselves said the launch of Valhalla had nearly, if not, all Main Ubisoft Studios on-deck helping out, so whatever section of whatever Studio that was making FoA likely was told to wrap up in a short (In the game-dev world) timespan so they can move to help Valhalla Development.
Not going the jack the ripper dlc had some much potential and actually made me like Jacob.
This man was lyrically destroying the fates of Atlantis. And I was just over here like ohh look how far I get to climb/jump
1:24:28 idk if many people know but if you finish the dlc, you can go to a place on the map and find sutekh dead near snakes and the apple missing
My only problem with Dead kings is that it starts you in your main game assassin clothes rather than the shitty rags in the promo art. You have to find that outfit in the catacombs. I feel it should have been what Arno starts the DLC in. Fits the tone.
im gonna be honest, the fate of atlantis must be one of the best pieces of dlc i have ever played, if we ignore the korfu island dlc since it was free. The worlds were so nicely designed, especially Atlantis itself. It was so crazy and beautiful, the story was interesting but in the end it was just memories of a long gone past.
going for the double assassination and instead of hitting the enemy you hit your ally thats glued to you

I bought Dead Kings but didn't play it. Now I played it because of you. It was epic. It felt like a single AC game in its own and reminded me, why I love(d till Valhalla) the Series. And the end had my jaw drop.
Bought it? I recall Dead Kings being free because Unity failed so hard.

Never really thought i will 100% agree with someone's list. But here we are today
I like your list, however I'm gonna heavily disagree with your low placement of the Washington DLC. Yes, it gives players the opportunity to use animal powers, I won't deny that it's driven by that in some way. However, I think you're simply not paying attention to the story here. The theme of absolute power corrupts absolutely isn't just used for Washington but for Connor as well. Connor does change after he drinks the tea, but you weren't paying attention. When Connor loses his Tomahawk, he says, "I shall enjoy getting it back" in an almost vindictive sort of way. When Connor later on saves his best friend from jail in Episode 2, he freaks out when he suggests drinking the tea. Connor says, "I will make the sacrifice to drink it" but in reality, he just doesn't want to share the tea's power. In fact, throughout the whole dlc he's pretty cold to his best bud. He shouts, "I do not care" in an annoyed dismissive manner when his friend is concerned for him. When his buddy dies, Connor reacts completely different to how he died in the base game. In the base game, he was alot more mournful. Whereas in the dlc, he couldn't care less as he says, "A mere tomahawk can't defeat Washington". When Washington asks Connor what would he do if he had the apple instead, Connor is kinda vague when answering the question. Almost as if he wants it for himself. This is demonstrated when tries to take it for himself when Washington falls through the roof.
So NO! Connor was not the same after he drank the tea, you just weren't paying attention.
Edit: The Washington pyramid is a reference to the dollar bill. It's not that hard to figure out.
34:26 looks like a cutscene taken straight out of Tony Hawk's American Wasteland
Personally I was almost emotional playing through Siege of Paris. The blackbox missions, the structure and music just felt like old AC. Hope Mirage is at least close to that.
dead kings is soo good. replay it trying too get the perfect assassination with no upgrades. amazing
watched through this in a single sitting sleep deprived daze and the vibe synched up
Loved Freedom cry JUST WISH IT WAS LONGER
my iphone 13 pro max has some weird inburn idk if it is but it just shows like the overlay of youtube on it but when i close the phone it doesnt appear. is this inburn
I'm playing Syndicate for the first time now (currently in sequence 5 and strongly believe this game is the most underrated in the whole series) and it's taking all I've got to not go ahead and start the Jack the Ripper DLC lol. Seems so dang cool. I actually have started the Curse of the Pharaoh before finishing Origins, though. Couldn't resist the idea of fighting mummies in some of the creepy old tombs that are throughout the regular game. CotP is pretty cool so far, but it really just feels like the normal game just with re-skinned enemies IMO. I was really hoping to be raiding tombs and killing mummies throughout, but hey, it's different enough from the main game to give me a bit of a breather, especially considering I have sunk nearly 40 hours into this game (which is almost double the time I have spent on most other games I have played).
I mean, the RPG games just get so repetitive to me. They're fun for what they are but, as many have said, they really don't feel like AC games. Although, I will say that I'm glad the RPG trilogy exists because they offer a bit of a break from the style of earlier AC games that I am still playing through as well. At this point I've played all of AC2, Brotherhood, Revelations, AC3, Black Flag (about half of Freedom Cry as well), and through about 3/4 of Unity and half of both Syndicate and Origins, all three of which I'm still playing and intend to complete. Bouncing around between the games like that keeps any of them from getting too stale or tiring. When I get tired of playing one, I'll just stop and go play a different one. One of these days I will complete all of them, so I'm enjoying bouncing around between them right now. This comment got way off my original thought here, but oh well lol. Also just wanted to say I will consume any and every bit of AC content you make, so thanks for the entertainment!
I didn't even know that the battle of that one city was a DLC. I just played it like the rest of the missions.
I can not understand why nowadays the season passes and DLCs are making before realising the main game. Back in a day DLCs were made if game was sold well, barely developers been making them in meantime. Nowadays we can say that we buy only 1/2 of the game, the rest of the content is in DLCs, sadly...
The reason they do it and continue to is the fat losers buying them preordered fpr corporate loyalty jaja! Microtransaction era, shit sucks 🤣
Are you planning on making any videos in near future?

I’m very early in the video. But you’re absolutely right about Fate of Atlantis’ modern day being the worst ever. Layla is as unlikable as Oden. Crazy that they saw she was hated so much and decided to make her male clone for Valhalla’s mythology stuff. Lmao
Every Valhalla DLC and content update disappointed me because of it not taking place post-story. That plus no Assassin/Templar conflicts made for poor experience. Good Viking simulator, though.
I’m fascinated by everything surrounding Jack the Ripper irl, so I adored that DLC and learning he’s an assassin. It’s so epic to me. It is kinda goofy that they basically combined him with Jason Vorhees first appearance, though. Lol
I didn’t play The Lost Archive until last year, and it totally blew me away. I really liked the unique gameplay and the focus on story.
Tbh there is no way Battle of Forli is better than Legacy Of the First Blade
45:50 was probably not named that since the king the whole revoloution thing was about was also George

@@WalshieYT1 Oh ok, am I glad. I also think he is great!
Halfway through the video, so forgive me if I'm wrong. But what about copernicus in ACB, Benedict Arnold AC3 and that ps4 exclusive aveline side plot in AC4?
You're not wrong! Those are DLC packs by definition. I didn't include those because they aren't quite comparable to the big "mainline" expansions that span hours - or even tens of hours.
When you talked about The Hidden Ones dlc somehow Bayek's finger was back on his hand

Stealth Unity
Parkour unity
Combat brotherhood
Granted, the only history of an Isu manipulating people in the present day has been Juno with Desmond, and that was after he was freed from Abstergo custody. Yes, Layla has made contact with Bill Miles, but aside from recruiting her at the end of Origin’s base game ending we don’t know the extent of their contact. It won’t be until Valhalla when Layla meets Shaun and Rebecca, so it is possible Layla isn’t being stupid by trusting Aleithia in Odyssey. It’s highly unlikely she knows about Juno and so doesn’t realise to see warning signs in Aleithia.
I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but wasn't there a Brotherhood DLC called The Copernicus Conspiracy?
I've always wondered why syndicate looks worse than unity. Doesn't make sense to me . but London and the characters would look so good if it came out now that could be syndicate saving grace
I remember being really invested in AC because of it tying history in it, then Valhalla came out and at first I was excited because I really liked Norse mythology, and I thought the previous entry did somewhat alright with its greek mythos. But when dawn of ragnarok dropped the whole time it was indeed just boring. It also kind of irked me that you can access it very early on and the enemies are high leveled and take out so much of your health with a single attack
Never got to complete the DLC. It broke for me twice and I was done after that.
I agree with so much said here.
DoR was awful… took me so long just battle through it.
In a very minor defence for LotHB; I didn’t see it as being about the Hidden Blade, i see the title as a reference to Darius himself; he IS the first blade
Ac origins will always be GOAT. Egypt is just such a good setting
I've never known Forli was DLC lol
I’d argue the Aveline content linked to Black Flag is the most unremarkable. It’s about a character who has nothing for do with Black Flag and contributes very little to the setting of III or Liberation beyond being a recruitment mission Aveline goes on. It feels like it was meant to come out with III but didn’t for whatever reason so got given out free as an incentive to get Black Flag on the PS3 being in Black Flag’s engine rather than Liberation’s. It’s not even an hour’s worth of content, and the only thing that’s noteworthy is that Connor is present at the start as a letter reading voiceover. The mission doesn’t even include anything unique to Liberation, it could have been Connor or a new character doing the mission and little would change in terms of story the way Aveline’s presence is justified.
I feel as if Ubisoft tried to pull the character of Jack the Ripper in like 6 different directions and failed at all of them.
The biggest mistake imo is the removal of the mocaped scenes. That just speaks lack of work and interest from the devs (not something new about Ubisoft, I know...). I feel like too many games nowadays depend on AI generated animations. RDR2 was the last gem I played where I didn't even feel like it was a game, it was real life... so yeah. Here's hoping for more quality than quantity for Mirage
Well put research and devotion into going through all the dlcs, but having little to say about them other than you find them disappointing for the majority of the video put me off the entire idea of a "ranking" as the explanation of why you put these in the order you did is vague and confusing.
However, I feel like your views could make a great retrospective where you delve into individual expansions to review them in their entirety as complete works, as you seem very engaged with the series' identity and have a lot more informed opinions as to what these games represent.
I appreciate the feedback, really. I feel as if I justified my disappointment with every DLC that left me wanting more but your second point is really sticking with me; I didn't do a great job of providing the context and comparison that makes a ranking video interesting, without that the format does end up feeling a bit arbitrary. I'll keep that in mind in future for sure.
Lovely. Two hours of fuming that you probably don't think exactly like I do! (Which is practically guaranteed since I love Tyranny of King Washington so much, and I'm apparently the only one on the planet who does...)
In all seriousness, this should be good. I really don't like MOST of the DLC for the RPG games (which isn't surprising, seeing as how I really don't like most of the RPG games, either). But the DLC for the last three games have been these beautiful, largely empty experiences that are VERY easy to forget are actually DLC when you're playing them because of how exactly like the rest of the game they are in story, tone, and mechanics. Ugh.
Yeah, the Berg stuff in Fate of Atlantis was... the moment I knew Ubisoft either had little idea what they were doing or just didn't care. It was the moment I fully believed the rumors that the current devs were having to use the AC Wiki to keep up with lore and characters in their own series. Nothing about him in this DLC feels like the guy I knew from Rogue (which is still, unapologetically, my favorite AC game) or even the MD in Syndicate, which was the worst part about a game that's already toward the bottom of my personal Favorite AC Games list. It's infuriating.
There were ghosts of Ezio’s family when you revisit Florence??? I have played AC2 so many times over the years and I have never seen that!!
It's a shame that DLCs are cursed in the franchise. I never played Dead Kings but after your speech about it and others, I'd like to play it at some time. The thing is, I hardly get myself to play unity at all, it feels so bad to play. So buggy, it really is the most unpolished gem in the series.
Btw, what is the thing that makes you excited or simply enthusiastic about the future of AC? (also, I'm about your age so I experienced these games quite similarly in terms of how many years old I was when x and y released) I truly can't belive that we are going to have Any good content in the coming games. If Ubi even gets to live independently until that point. Yes, Hexe sounds good in theory just like project empire and valhalla did in the leaks. Also, they have so many other garbage planned between, even knowing that takes my enthusiasm away.
Good video, keep up the good work! :)
Yep
They really fixed unity up. I played it 2.5 years ago for the first time and had less bugs than in Valhalla!
@@leidenschaftfaul I play unity pretty regularly myself on console so I can't testify to the quality of the pc but I would say 90% to 95% of the time Arno goes where I want him to go and the frame rate is a good 30 except for the northmost district where everything is burned other then that it's good
@@leidenschaftfaul no :)
@@josiahtheobald689 It's fine on PC. Only visual bugs like some animations being wonky or characters on the street teleporting up objects.
To be fair, all but one of those "comically evil letters" from the Jack The Ripper DLC were actual letters attributed to the real killer. The only fake one, I believe, was the one sent to Mr. Weaversbrook. Sure, modern historians discount most if not all of them as sick jokes, but it's not like AC has to be 100% historically accurate and determine the truth of every historical rumor.
I personally hate Tyranny of King Washington the most for the simple reason it gave me a migraine, no lie, the pure white sections caused me to get a migraine.
Bonfire of the Vanities get points docked from me for Port Authority alone
Something I always found funny is how I liked the Dead kings DLC and have always admitted it’s really good but I still openly say it caused the whole game to be at the bottom of my AC game ranking. Solely because of the eagle of Sugar sword. A sword that has the same stats as the endgame reward of the sword of Eden. Just felt like it breaks the game for latecomers and makes the epic endgame reward feel lame, something I felt broke the entire game and whatever appeal it had left.
Your meant go get it after you beat dead kings and unity
"Don't like fantastical stuff"
You realize the entirety of AC surrounds the mythos of eden and godlike figures and gear
Not the same.
As I explain in this video, the Isu Mythos is strictly Science-Fiction; it adheres to in-universe rules. Fantasy - by definition - is boundless, absurd. Assassin’s Creed has dismissed or made sense of fables from the very beginning using its own pseudoscientific elements (Al Mualim’s explanation of Biblical stories etc.).
If you genuinely can’t see the difference between AC1 and AC Odyssey, I really don’t know what more to tell you.
@@WalshieYT1 except you rank Curse Of The Pharohs above The Hidden Ones...? Curse of The Pharohs, like Fate of Atlantis, is pure fantasy. Theological fantasy. Its probably the only (valid) reason people hate AC Origins beside the level system thats only gotten exponentially worse.
dude whats ur intro music
Dawn of Ragnarok not being part of the season pass rubbed me the wrong way so I didn't buy it, looks like I made the right decision but I still made the wrong decision with getting the gold edition of the game on day one like an idiot, I forced myself to play Valhalla and the first two DLCs just so I felt like I got my money's worth.
What about ac3 liberation !
YEE 😎
Real fan ranking of Dlcs and reasons:
1. Da vinci dlc: Ezio + historic
2. Bonfire of vanities: Ezio + historic
3. Battle of forli:Ezio + historic
4 and 5. Odysey chad spartan dlcs x2
6 to 15 all the other dlcs for casuals
I only just started the video, and I don't like Odyssey, and I didn't play the DLC, BUT Mary Reed mentions that anyone could use the "6th Sense", it's just that to certain people, it comes naturally.
This video honestly just reminds me of what being an AC fan is like... some of it is good, some is OK & some is AWFUL!
Is the Vlad section of Revelations a DLC?

I loved the video. However, I like to give constructive criticism. You won't need to add images or talk about your other rankings while already explaining one. It creates confusion such as the rank 16. I thought you passed to the black flag and realized you were just giving it as an example. What I am trying to say is that you will talk about the black flag in the video so no need to show pieces randomly throughout the video. Otherwise, Absolutely amazing content.
instead of killing bayeks son at the beginning they should´ve killed his best friend at the beginning and that should be enough motivation to start uncovering the order. later on they should´ve used bayeks son death as reason to become hidden ones or more people around them would be hurt
