Probably the greatest DLC of AC history imo, I love Unity and everything about it and its DLC, but it barely compares to Jack the Ripper. I do agree with the twist being a pretty dumb because it almost felt shoehorned in, but it was easily dismissible so I lived with it, I wish they made it just a little longer
the JTR DLC for Syndicate reminds me of the Dead Kings DLC for Unity. it has the same dark, gritty colour palate and themes, and is focused around an important part of a character's history (Jack the ripper and his murders and Napoleon and his arrest respectively) also i love DLC's that allow you to play as the villain, my favourite is playing as RAAM in Gears Of War 3: RAAM's shadow
I think the best part of the DLC, was playing as an actual historical villain, who's identity was soo unknown. I think AC could SERIOUSLY benefit from this, imagine playing as Alexander The Great living the final years of his campaign, before he mysteriously died by an unknown illness by the end of the story.
I like to call Jack the darkest time for the brotherhood since he destroyed it in London and also the back story of him wanting to erase the assassins because the war with templars affected other people outside the conflict is one that needed to fight back
This came out when i was going through this Jack the Ripper phase (i like mystery shit) i was just so intrigued, that i was so happy when this came out
I’d like to see the idea of a fear system brought back for the newer games it could’ve worked in the rpg game like you set an enemy on fire from stealth or do a critical assassination in front of a group
The idea was cool but I didn't lime how over powered it was, or the pixie dust effect. Fun fact by the way, Jacob and Lydia can also use a fear system. It is in the base game but only works on certain enemies and is not as powerful.
that would actually fit so perfectly if you stay completely undetected while also increasing fear it would make sense they'd start accusing each other of being the Assassin and turning on each other out of fear
I actually liked the idea that Jack the Ripper was a former Assassin. It really makes him more terrifying to me because he's a mentally ill psychopath with training from the best in the business. He's taken that training and twisted it to suit his own purpose. It makes him horrifying and I love it.
Same the idea that in this universe Jack the Ripper not only killed many women if you even got close to him or saw him he was trained by a group which specialised in combat and disappearing in plain sight so he could kill you and be gone before your body hits the floor Really does give to the helpless aspect as only another assassin could kill jack

The Ubisoft support staff was pretty useless as well I mentioned the bug told me to do some stuff with some files I did the stuff and it changed nothing so eventually I deleted the Jack the ripper save and decided to pick AC Origins during a 85% off sale, Haven't regretted that choice yet.
I think it was so dumb the way they made Evie non lethal. Like, it felt that throughout the story they tried to hint that her methods were twisted and not so different from those of Jack, and it could have been interesting if they didnt make it hard to actually kill people. Evie just punches them. Brutal assassinations are just takedowns and normal assassinations are just takedowns. This makes Evie even less brutal than she was on the main game. Shes basically a saint inside the brotherhood in that dlc. Only way to kill enemies is with the gun or with throwing knifes. Which would be fine tbh, if the animations for assassinations werent THE SAME AS THE MAIN GAME. Its SO lazy. You see Evie gently stabbing someone in the stomach, or slicing theirt throat, or breaking their fucking neck, just to hear a sound that resembles a stone hitting a brick wall. And then the enemy does the regular death animation just to snap into a knocked-out position. It was so akward I ended up rushing the main story abusing the very op fear system. And I love that Jack was an assassin but oh god his backstory was so rushed and stupid. "Templars killed my mother. Jacob, who later was a father to me, didnt save her cause he was too busy LIBERATING LONDON, and even though he did kill the man responsible (Starrick), therefore avenging my mothers death, I still am gonna become his aprentice to learn his assassin tactics only to turn against him and start killing RANDOM FEMALE ASSASSINS (not that random okay theyre Jacobs apprentices) just to hurt him. Wouldve been much better if they said that his mothers death was so gruesome and that he found her dead next to Jacob who was investigating the murder, and thinking he was gilty, he couldnt handle it and went insane. Jacob adopted him as his apprentice later on and Jack hid his madness to learn how to be a perfect assassin and get revenge on who he thought killed his mother. Such a simple and kinda cliche story, but much more credible than "boo hoo you didnt save my mommy so now I am a psychopath serial killer". As some exrtra points, why is he so strong? Jacob was master assassin when Jack was at his prime. Jacob is a very skilled assassin considering he managed to do what he did in London. He never got seriously injured and was a walking killing machine. So how is Jack able to overpower him in HAND TO HAND COMBAT? Jacobs specialty?? Its not like Jacob was 60, he was only 40. He was very clearly still fit, such as Evie. Evie, who was indeed able to win ONE TO ONE against Jack, even though melee combat was her weaker side. Did the twins switch roles here or something? And finally, in the final fight, why is stealth the way to end the ripper? Like, are we forgetting that JACK HAD EAGLE VISION???? YOU CANT STEALTH YOUR WAY OUT WHEN YOURE FACING SOMEONE WITH ISU GENES I THOUGHT THIS WAS CLEAR. Unless he for some weird reason decided not to use eagle vision against the most skilled assassin in London. Overall as you said, huge potential that kinda got wasted by rushed writing and gameplay mechanics. Fear system is cool, but npcs are idiotic. They run in circles. Its very anticlimatic. Non lethal Evie is fine, but her knockout animations are reused kill animations with a dumb brick sound. Jacobs development was by far the best part of the dlc and they cut it to a 5 minute gameplay sequence and a couple of cutscenes because they needed Jack to be stronger for no real reason so he could keep rippin around. Meh
Everything you said is right except for one thing: Jack may not have had eagle vision. Yes, every protagonist we've played have enough Isu genes to have it, but not all Assassins have enough genes. So it's possible Jack didn't have eagle vision
@@QuatarTarandir he did, when you play as Jack you can use it and it is not only gameplay since he consistently writes messages for Evie only visible through eagle vision. Which reminds me, how tf do they write these messages? Isu ink?? We will never know
@TuFetu Oh, ok. I didn't actually play it, so I wasn't sure. Completely ignore my comment then. Ya, invisible ink is weird. It may be something like eagle vision allows you to detect things normal people wouldn't be able to see, like how you need a special light to see invisible ink, but it's definitely something they should've explained. From what I've heard, it seems gameplay-wise, the dlc adds cool stuff. Storywise, it wasn't that great
@@QuatarTarandir it adds potentially cool stuff both gameplay wise and story wise, but just as the main game, it wastes that potential because its very rushed. Thats the main problem of the whole franchise tbh, ubisoft rushing games. And we have seen that when they take their time, we get amazing pieces like AC Origins. But they dont learn
@TuFetu Ya, totally agree. Unity's one of my favorites and suffers heavily from releasing too early. Ubisoft mostly just does the bare minimum to make okay games, and they make money since there's no series like AC
The Rooks are in the game. Jack took over them and boe you're fighting your own former gang. It's a cool concept. They are no templers. Its your former allies
I can’t believe the Rooks, they went and turn their backs on Jacob to serve the Ripper. Jesus! Even working for Starrick was better than him! Traitors!😤
I'm glad you liked it. Of the AC games I've played, none had DLCs that I could bear to finish. Especially in Origins and Odyssey, and those games deserved better than that. In Origins I did finish the Hidden Ones, but found its plot unremarkable. But in the Curse of the Pharaohs, I got down into the dark underworld and the blue light hurt my eyes, the constant darkness depressed me, and I know I was near the end, but had to put it down. Odyssey had two horrible DLCs that ruined the memory (no pun) of having such a great time in the base game. I guess I did my own version of desychronization (no pun). Elysium was too sunny, Hades made me feel as if I was breathing hot ash, but when I defeated Herakles with only the ghost arrows of Artemis ability and never even entered his lair, he taunted me at first as being a coward (guilty) but when his XP was wearing thin, he shouted, "Respect! You fight like an Argonaut!" I thought, wtf, this is just wrong. I may go back to the legacy now that I'm so invested. At 2,000 hrs and level 147 (99 being the max and 48 on the Mastery levels) and equipped with the Mallet of Everlasting Flame, which is the most absurdly powerful weapon in the entire game, I can defeat elites and bosses including unfair mercenaries just with arrows and a few hits with the Mallet, I rarely need to run or go for concealment. Might be a bit of a masochist, but I'll just cop to being a victim of the Bleeding Effect.
I've been meaning to replay this. I only played it once when it first came out. I got the platinum recently, and this video gives me a reason to jump back in. Thanks.
If this isn't too short this could have been the best DLC, I like Evie being the main character on this DLC and I really wanna see more carnage from Jack the Ripper
I was a bit disappointed with the final boss and how easy it was. Jack the Ripper is supposed to me a killer not someone who can be taken down easily but as I thought about it more that’s kinda the point. Jack the Ripper isn’t some supernatural entity he is just a man who can be killed just like anyone else. This DLC needed to be longer and many people had a problem with Jack not being playable is free roam. I didn’t have an issue with it. I liked playing as the hero more than the villain. This DLC is good but there could’ve been a few to to expand to make it better.
The dlc hit me especially hard when I played a few weeks ago. For those who didn’t put it together, Jack backstory is that his mother was murdered and due to the resulting trauma, he was condemned to Lambeth Asylum as a child. Asylums were nightmareish in Victorian times and Lambeth Asylum is one of the worst. The abuse he suffered there further turned him into what he is now, and Jacob broke him free and took him in. I also had to experience the hell of a mental ward. Nowhere near as bad as what probably happened to Jack, but it was enough to destroy me. I struggle with violent thoughts and passion for justice that I fear would result in casualty if not contained. I’m not ashamed to say I want my abusers dead. This DLC shook me to my core because I saw myself in Jack. The inhuman things he did I don’t believe myself capable of, but had things been a little different or had my moral compass been just a little more skewed, I could have turned into him. I could have become a monster. And that’s what fucked me up the most.
This ac game isn’t my favourite but holds a place close to me since it was the first AC game I brought myself since I was finally old enough to get a job
Overall, I liked this DLC. While I have no issues with the tone and atmosphere of the main game, as a massive, gloomy, washed-out city being the setting of a whole game sounds rather bland to me, I did enjoy the difference in that of the DLC. Honestly, I don't think the DLC would have been as good if the main game had the same atmosphere, because then it would seem like Jack is barely affecting anyone, rather than terrifying all of Whitechapel and turning it into a depressing hellscape. I did like Jack as a character, both for his incredible design and performance and his decent story, which is about as good as any integration of historical villains in these games has ever been to me. One thing I really liked about the story was that they didn't go with the "Jacob is the Ripper" angle. Aside from the fact that that would feel like the hate sink to end all hate sinks, as it completely spits in the face of his established personality, it would take some real extensive retconning to explain why Jacob was allowed to train Lydia and live past WW1 if he spent 1888 brutally raping and murdering prostitutes/assassins. Edit: Speaking of Lydia, she is born just a few years after this, and she is Jacob's granddaughter, so Jacob has already had a child by the time of this DLC; might have been interesting if the game acknowledged that in any way. As for things I disliked, the gameplay had some minor issues. One, why can't Evie use her hidden blade? Whenever she "assassinates" someone, it just knocks them down with a "bonk" sound effect. If the developers were really insistent that you do not kill police, despite every assassin we've ever played as slaughtering them by the thousands, then they could have just added this feature for them. Instead, they did this for every enemy. Two, the weapons. I got pretty tired of the brass knuckle animations after spending ten hours grinding for XP in the fight club, so having them be the exclusive weapon here was not appreciated; I wanted the cane swords. Three, I too wanted more of Jacob.
Jacob must have had his child/children not so long after the main story, because Lydia was born in the 1890s so her parents would've been born around the 1870s at least. So it would've been cool to have seen him/her either helping Evie in some way or even just a mention. I also would've liked to have had more time with this older Jacob, him being a lot more serious and mature would've helped people like him a lot more and give him the recognition he really deserves.
Slightly off topic but just wanna put this out there for anyone interested in the Jack the Ripper history: the comic mini-series From Hell by Alan Moore and Eddie Campbell is absolutely amazing.
Jack reminds me of original baghead Jason from Friday 13th. This looks fun i wish they made a whole game where we can be the bad guy like this and not desynce if we kill innocents.
I think the best part of the DLC was them blurring the line between monster and assassin because I was constantly grossed out by playing as Jack, but feeling so smug about liberating brothels with my mass-murdering Evie who, only in the final confrontation, uses the same technique (with the slicing) as Jack, screaming how she wasn’t like him. I didn’t care for Jack’s poor backstory, but that part was brilliant 🤓
At least they didn’t try to make Shay Cormac Jack the Ripper for the whole “hunting assassins” story for this DLC. As ridiculous as that sounds, I can see Ubisoft doing that.
I found this DLC to be extremely lackluster. They could have done an interesting reveal about the Ripper's actual identity, made him a deranged gentleman doctor type (like Malfatto in AC Brotherhood), tied the Ripper to the royal family / government, or labelled an actual historical person as the Ripper. After all, Assassin's Creed has always thrived on and is rooted in conspiracy theories. AC Brotherhood even labelled a living figure as George W. Bush as a puppet for the Templars, so clearly Ubisoft has no scrupules about stamping historical figures, whether alive or dead, as villains. Instead it turns out Jack the Ripper is actually the fictional... Jack... the lad... It baffles the mind how boring that reveal is. What a pathetic bit of writing, an absolute low for the series.
If the DLC actually had jack the ripper gameplay for more than 3 sequences and if it was historically accurate in terms of the ending I would agree, It was so fun to play as jack. It's so disappointing that he has like 10 minutes of gameplay in his OWN DLC.
Yo, i have a feeling a good idea for a video is to play tottaly Accurate battle Simulator and download some Assassin Creed Factions. Btw love the Vids❤
If you want to, do the PS4 exclusive content The dreadful Crimes.I'm on Xbox, so I can't play this content. I don't agree with Sony doing this sort of denying gamers content. But aleast it seems Ubisoft don't do this sort or thing anymore. I won't buy a game where I'm denied content.
The fear method, maybe used in hexe. And there might be more brutality. More dark. I doubt it’ll be a horror game. Also, this is a franchise, not a series.
Fun fact; I was playing this dlc right when they decided to ban it. I got half way, and it wouldn't work. I tried uninstalled it, and couldn't reninstall
Ac syndicate could basically have been an assassins creed horror game. Imagine this. The streets are full of criminals, poor hungry factory workers. Disease, cholera etc. London is completely smogged, so the dark streets make it impossible to see anything, meaning you have to stick to the rooftops to stay safe. The gang could have functioned as a sort of "insurance policy", if your gang has no influence in the area, you would be in constant danger. They could have reused/improved the mechanic from Rouge where you would have to listen to whispers to find people trying to kill you.
Honestly, hard disagree. They took one of the most fascinating unsolved mysteries in history, one with MASSIVE potential in Assassin's Creed lore, and turned it into a Batman Scarecrow story. From a gameplay standpoint it made neat improvements but it was ruined by the entire DLC shitting the bed narratively. This was always the worst DLC for me until Wrath of the Druids came out.
actually trimming down the weapons is my least favorite part of the dlc i love the 3 weapon varieties in the base game though i get it the dlc is short they kinda had to trim down the weapons (that and the fact the Rooks are on Jack's side now) and of course like everyone else i wish it was longer
No way this DLC is better than the main game and this DLC is so buggy that it is almost unplayable, sure the main games story isn’t much better and jack is better villain than the guy with a mustach, but the story and gameplay is still so mid
Back when this DLC first came out, me and my mate had a theory we were really disappointed never turned out to be true. You keep the story basically the same, with Jack chasing after Jacob and "killing" him at the start. Eve arrives and is investigating her brothers disappearance and has no idea who Jack could be. Near the end of the game when Eve comes face to face with Jack it's reveled Jack IS JACOB. He's lost his mind (maybe added by the fact Eve left him for india) and that fight at the start was the Jack part of his mind taking over. He's lost sight of himself and the Jacob part of his personality is Dead and there's just Jack. I think that would have been a gut retching reveal AND would have added to the mystery angle of Jack the ripper.

@@windebiesteultima3317 science fiction that is explained in game isn't the same as pixie dust with no explanation.
@@windebiesteultima3317 you only like that disrespectful dlc because you play as evie. Just admit it.
@@chrismoore5333it is explained though
Probably the greatest DLC of AC history imo, I love Unity and everything about it and its DLC, but it barely compares to Jack the Ripper. I do agree with the twist being a pretty dumb because it almost felt shoehorned in, but it was easily dismissible so I lived with it, I wish they made it just a little longer
the JTR DLC for Syndicate reminds me of the Dead Kings DLC for Unity. it has the same dark, gritty colour palate and themes, and is focused around an important part of a character's history (Jack the ripper and his murders and Napoleon and his arrest respectively)
also i love DLC's that allow you to play as the villain, my favourite is playing as RAAM in Gears Of War 3: RAAM's shadow
I think the best part of the DLC, was playing as an actual historical villain, who's identity was soo unknown. I think AC could SERIOUSLY benefit from this, imagine playing as Alexander The Great living the final years of his campaign, before he mysteriously died by an unknown illness by the end of the story.
I like to call Jack the darkest time for the brotherhood since he destroyed it in London and also the back story of him wanting to erase the assassins because the war with templars affected other people outside the conflict is one that needed to fight back
The mansion and boat mission in the dlc were so fun to me I don’t know why 😂
The mansion was the one highlight of an otherwise terrible experience in this DLC.
You know it is going to be an amazing day when master assassin uploads!
True
Most generic comment in the history of comments.
It is in the base game but only works on certain enemies and is not as powerful.
i mean, ghost of tsushima did it
I would like to see AC implement the panic system in Mark of the Ninja. When “terrorized” guards will sometimes shoot their own guys out of fear
that would actually fit so perfectly if you stay completely undetected while also increasing fear it would make sense they'd start accusing each other of being the Assassin and turning on each other out of fear
I actually liked the idea that Jack the Ripper was a former Assassin. It really makes him more terrifying to me because he's a mentally ill psychopath with training from the best in the business. He's taken that training and twisted it to suit his own purpose. It makes him horrifying and I love it.
Same the idea that in this universe Jack the Ripper not only killed many women if you even got close to him or saw him he was trained by a group which specialised in combat and disappearing in plain sight so he could kill you and be gone before your body hits the floor
Really does give to the helpless aspect as only another assassin could kill jack
One thing about the soundtrack, there’s a reference to the Symphonie Fantastique by Berlioz, amazing piece
This dlc turned this joke fest of a game into a really gritty serious one, it is the best dlc we had so far imo.
Just sounds like you didn't understand the main game. The dlc is made for people who don't like syndicate. Which makes it toxic for fans of syndicate. It is ridiculous.
@@chrismoore5333 no, it was simply too much "witty protagonist makes a one liner while facing the camera" of a game. It felt cringe at times. It was a complete turn around from what AC was, AC was serious, not always because AC had it's funny moments but it wasn't the whole game. Also the DLC was simply really good in terms of gameplay
@@GodlyPlayer9163 brutal takedown ends all combat and stealth. That is bad gameplay. And the dlc lacks any first civilization stuff. There are no templars to hunt. And there is silly magic pixie dust of fear. JTR dlc is the first thing ubisoft did that was like Odyssey in many ways.
Syndicate is no more light-hearted or full of jokes than Brotherhood or AC2. They even all have the same lead writers. Brotherhood was cracking jokes and one-liners all the time. Remember the french king in that game? Do you even know what assassin's creed is?
@@chrismoore5333 holy hell you just seem to be a hater of the franchise, and all of your main points are wack.
•”brutal takedown ends all combat and stealth”
That’s…the point?? You’re not supposed to use them in stealth, and they’re designed to scare off enemies, *ending combat*.
•”DLC lacks any first civilization stuff”
That’s never been the focus of this dlc and first civ already got handled in the base game. Also it wouldn’t make sense for them reveal that stuff in a dlc.
•”and there’s silly magic pixie dust of fear.”
You’ve ever heard of hallucinogens? They’ve been using them for years and come in various forms, and produce various results, some inducing fear.
You’re choosing to be angry bro.
@@windebiesteultima3317 I disagree with you, so I'm not a fan? That is a real reach. And also fear takedown do ruin the gameplay. You're playing mental gymnastics here. I'm not playing around with some none fan like you.
I tried to play this DLC myself but I kept encountering a really strange bug, where All the progress I made when I decided to get off and take a break or if the client crashed would just reset to rescuing that one lady from the old Kenway manor and quite frankly I got sick of that continuously happening so I gave up on this DLC, accepting that I'll never be able to finish it, a real shame though I really wanted to play more of Jack and it looked like if I got further into the story I would have gotten to as well.
The Ubisoft support staff was pretty useless as well I mentioned the bug told me to do some stuff with some files I did the stuff and it changed nothing so eventually I deleted the Jack the ripper save and decided to pick AC Origins during a 85% off sale, Haven't regretted that choice yet.
imma just say the PC ports of these games are hot garbage
The most skilled assassin has blessed us with another video
My only problem with this dlc is that there is no Jacob since I dont like evie I also thought before this dlc came out that Jacob would be the ripper
This is great to know! I never play the dlc but you inspire me to play it. First I gotta finish syndicate. Thanks again!
It's basically ubi's theme to make dlcs better than the base game ( like with watch dogs legion bloodlines)
Three games sequel Ubisoft needs to make:AC3,ACUnity and ACSyndicate
Thanks.
You should make merch.
I would buy it.
I really liked this dlc. I finished it in 2015 or 2016 and it was really fun to me at 11 years old. 😄😄👏👏💯💯🔥🔥
I also would've liked to have had more time with this older Jacob, him being a lot more serious and mature would've helped people like him a lot more and give him the recognition he really deserves.
you are literally fighting the rooks turned to Jack's side why would evie kill her and her brother's own gang members
Slightly off topic but just wanna put this out there for anyone interested in the Jack the Ripper history: the comic mini-series From Hell by Alan Moore and Eddie Campbell is absolutely amazing.
Glad you did a video about this since I always comment when I see something about AC Syndicate
Jack reminds me of original baghead Jason from Friday 13th. This looks fun i wish they made a whole game where we can be the bad guy like this and not desynce if we kill innocents.
The fear mechanic in this dlc reminds me of the fear takedowns in arkham knight kinda
Just recently got platinum for this game was my second playthru but i enjoyed it alot more than my first playthru
Who else wants to see a the video ends when I die video about this dlc
This dlc gave me what i want a serious Jacob just wish we got more of him
i think adding the fear system and brutal takedowns would be good for ac red, like ghost of tsushima and the ghost stance
The theory for who Jack the Ripper is has been more or less answered at this point I believe. I don’t remember the dudes name though lol
the fear system should be added to hexe
Bro I’ve been waiting for this video for like 4 years
Never played it. But I am intrigued.
Will play it on my next play-through of Syndicate
I think the best part of the DLC was them blurring the line between monster and assassin because I was constantly grossed out by playing as Jack, but feeling so smug about liberating brothels with my mass-murdering Evie who, only
in the final confrontation, uses the same technique (with the slicing) as Jack, screaming how she wasn’t like him. I didn’t care for Jack’s poor backstory, but that part was brilliant 🤓
im so dumb i started dlc before main game , luckily i didnt played it too much
Love your video Man and keep up the great work
At least they didn’t try to make Shay Cormac Jack the Ripper for the whole “hunting assassins” story for this DLC. As ridiculous as that sounds, I can see Ubisoft doing that.
I remember sleeping dogs game when we use to perform brutal attack the team of opponent were use to fear us 💀
I have AC Syndicate on steam but I can't purchase Jack The Ripper DLC no button to purchase or download
any help?
One thing I'm still curious about this DLC is if Jack took one of Jacob's eyes.
It’s such a W dlc I’m hoping u look at watch dogs 1’s dlc bad blood which was crazily underrated and laid the basis for 2
If the DLC actually had jack the ripper gameplay for more than 3 sequences and if it was historically accurate in terms of the ending I would agree, It was so fun to play as jack. It's so disappointing that he has like 10 minutes of gameplay in his OWN DLC.
But yeah the fact that those 3 sequences are much more fun than the actual game is crazy.
Yo, i have a feeling a good idea for a video is to play tottaly Accurate battle Simulator and download some Assassin Creed Factions. Btw love the Vids❤
This makes me think the zoduac killer is a rogue assassin in the ac canon

They could bring something like the fear system back for assassin's creed hexe
Well the problem is that we only get to explore Whitechapel and the city of London
To this day I haven’t been able to play this DLC because the mission starts at Sequence 1 of the main story. It’s bugged.
The fear method, maybe used in hexe. And there might be more brutality. More dark. I doubt it’ll be a horror game. Also, this is a franchise, not a series.
How I envisioned the atmosphere of it instead of a Buddy Cop style
Only thing I didn’t like
About it was that you can juts use the knuckles and not any knives etc
They could have reused/improved the mechanic from Rouge where you would have to listen to whispers to find people trying to kill you.
honestly without the tonal shift i don't think the DLC would've worked as well as it did
Honestly, hard disagree.
If i buy this dlc will there be new things added to the main game? like outfits or weapons? + is it worth it?(haven't finish the vid yet)
I felt like Jack was Jacob trying to be a grown up and have a successor.
Ac syndicates main story was based in 1868 and in the dlc it's based in 1888 that's why Evie and Jacob are older
I remember being annoyed that I couldn’t change back to Jack
I woukd play it but i never really buy dlc stories, plus i much rather play jacob throughout the base game than evie
The only problem with the DLC, its too short + u have to play as evie for 7 missions while jack as 3 Missions
love you master assassin😍😍keep it up bro
actually trimming down the weapons is my least favorite part of the dlc i love the 3 weapon varieties in the base game though i get it the dlc is short they kinda had to trim down the weapons (that and the fact the Rooks are on Jack's side now) and of course like everyone else i wish it was longer
07:53 Hey, Jacob? Why do you think "Eve" didn't kill us?
If they made the their games like this but better then im sure they would make more money and the old fans and new prb would like it.
Could you do a vid on the hidden ones dlc for origins
have you played the dead kings dlc from unity?
Nah AC Syndicate itself is a pretty good game, underrated gameplay and Jacob is especially overlooked
No way this DLC is better than the main game and this DLC is so buggy that it is almost unplayable, sure the main games story isn’t much better and jack is better villain than the guy with a mustach, but the story and gameplay is still so mid
i wish we could have played free roam as jack 😢
As my Fav next gen AC game I can't believe I never played this lmao. I'm gonna get it fs
Is it unobtainable now?
Would've been so wrong for the first ever lgbt male protagonist to be the ripper as well. Glad that didn't happen. Even tho I still hate evie and that dlc.
