I have the same problem with my iPhone 12 Pro. My computer have USB type A ports so I used my iPad Air 1 cable to connect it. This cable I got with that iPad... I must try this metod
the ipad icon shows in itunes but it's gray and not working. the iPad is connected and can access files through my computer and other apps like amazing but iTunes not working
I was told newest updates does not support iTunes any longer or older Mac computers , is this tru? I can longer add music downloaded music from my computer to put on iTunes so it will be on my phone , any suggestions?
Jimmy Gwop bro, If you are using Windows or Mac with macOS Mojave or an earlier version, iTunes will still work for you. If you are using a newer Mac with macOS Catalina or later, you can use Mac’s finder to add music to your iPhone.😊

My computer works fine however music I download from my email and that is saved to my computer will no longer let me drag the music to iTunes to sync to my phone , my iPhone 12 Pro also won’t even pull up on my iTunes no more that’s my only issue
I don't know understand what wrong with this stupid software I been restarting my iphone and PC over and over again it goes back and forth between trying to recognize the iPhone but when it does iTunes just freezes I can't click anything or the option to sync my iphone on Itunes I did what you shown in the video but nothing is working. I bought an brand new connecting cord but its not working either.
Tsuria Dragon bro, Disconnect the device, restart your Pc, make sure only the iTunes is running while doing the process. Then try again it should fix the issue.😊
@snithex Bro, There are a few other things you can try though. Have you checked to see if your drivers are up-to-date? Or maybe try using a different USB cable? 🤔
this guy is helpless if you dont see portable devices in device manager, hasnt commented on anyone with that issue.
Go to the View tab. Click on Show Hidden Devices, you should see it

But you see my pc has no internet and I need my phone to hotspot it but no WiFi card
It's detecting my hone but wont update the software or restore my phone.
