  • Seafood Sinigang 🦐🐟🦪🍲
    Ingredients:
    Salmon
    Mussels
    Shrimp
    1 onion
    5-6 cherry tomatoes
    Thumb size ginger
    1 green chilli
    2-3 tbsp tamarind soup mix
    1 tbsp chicken bouillon
    Leafy greens of choice
    Method:
    1. In a pot of water about 2-3 cups, add onion, cherry tomatoes, sliced ginger, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
    2. Add 2-3 tbsp of tamarind soup mix and 1 tbsp chicken bouillon. Adjust seasoning to your liking.
    3. Lower heat to a simmer and add shrimp, salmon and mussels with leafy greens and green chilli. Simmer for about 8-10 mins or until shrimp is cook through.
    4. Season with fish sauce or salt.
