I dont know why people are judging their english.. they have stayed longer in england obviously they had to catch up i guess. For me to in Canada i can't speak with my regular accent because some people dont get it. So i have picked it up and has become a habit now.. ps: just appreciate their post

Sorry my Tagalog sucks but I can understand , I was brought up in the U.S. but had a strong influence by my parents . I miss that Sinigang and only eat it our food when I visit my Mom and relatives . My husband and children do not like filapino food .My mom bought a calamasi tree from Florida I squeeze that lovely juice on my fried fish ! Masarap nang ulam ! Salamat ate PM and AM! :)
Hi. Greetings to u both n Sarawak Malaysia we too have sinigang n we called this dish "lempah". Normally we put in fish or whatever seafood. Our lempah is cook the same way Filipino does. I love this dish.

Btw...I was able to find pomelo/suha at Hmart. Not sure if you have one in your area. Also, a lot of Vietnamese markets I've seen in Dallas anyway have it. Hope you can find it!

I eat plant based during the week and eat Filipino food at parties and only cook for mukbangs mainly. Just trying to stay healthy bc of my blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol :\
I would love the recipe for the sinigang. I am not eating. The reason why I love mukbangs is because I am not eating at all. I am limited to medical shakes temporarily (a few months) and my only food pleasure is to watch people eat. (and cook for my family, although it's frustrating not to be able to taste as I go along to see if it's good). And I love they way you talk with each other.
I think the pork would be great. Also, I'm free from gluten and I live near Boston, in the United States so I should be able to find frozen tamarind for making the sauce. Thanks.
Here in the UAE, they have pork sections for. Non Muslims :) we can cook and buy it anywhere :) And we have crispy pata here at some hotels :) UAE is getting more open with other cultures which we all expats love about :) we can just eat anything ❤️
