2 Ways How to Preserve Grape Leaves
Fresh grape leaves can be found in the market only for a small period of time, starting around the end of May and until around the end of June. When available it is always wise to buy them and preserve them ourselves so that we can be sure of having the best product available.
With the two ways of preservation that I show you today, you will be able to enjoy the delicious dish of "Sarmadakia - Stuffed Grape Leaves", any time you want to during the year, even if you crave them in the middle of winter!
Choose the way that fits best your time and preference as they are both well tested and equally effective.
