yeah I use Etsy's shipping labels on my 7x9 cardboard mailers to ship my vellum dashboards for planners. Cost is always $1.70 and that's even with some folks ordering up to 3 vellum Half Letter dashboards in that one envelope weighing almost 2.5 ounces for 3 dashboards. I had one customer order 9 vellum dashboards in Pocket size but b/c the pocket size was much lighter than a Half Letter, even when she ordered 9, the cost of shipping label was no more than $2.70. This is why i offer free domestic shipping on my vellum dashboard listings.
When I shipped 3 vellum Half Letter dashboards in the same 7x9 cardboard mailer envelope at 2.5 ounces to the United Kingdom, the shipping was about $19-ish!
So the pre-printed Etsy labels are worth it, mostly b/c it can be tracked so if someone says they did not receive something you can at least verify the order is stuck somewhere or never got delivered to the customer.

Does this version of shipping count towards star seller? I currently have the star seller badge and use first class package but I am wanting to switch to first class mail.
Also do these shipping labels have a scannable barcode?
Yes they do since they have tracking and I believe it does have some form of barcode at the top right hand corner.

Just to clarify, if I use etsy's shipping label I don't need to add any stamps to my envelopes (bendable regular or bendable yellow/white envelopes)? Just basically stick the etsy label and drop it off in the lobbys mailbox? Nothing needs to be done in the line? Sorry, I'm just starting to sell stickers from home and I'm very new at this. Would appreciate your help. Thank you!

No this is completely incorrect it does not have tracking for 60 cents
so i ship my stickers in a 5.5x 4 x 0.25 envelop, i did what you taught here. The thing is, it gives me a tracking number, but when try to track it at usps tracking system, it stated "00310903357677581873 doesn't seem to be a USPS tracking number.".. So kind of pointless, that usps doesn't even scan the tracking and update it...
