lol the “Sam jang” (쌈장) was there so you can dip the carrots, chili pepper and garlic. No one dips the sushi in 쌈장. All good though, eat how you want. :)

its crazy how cuttle fish is sold as food when it is a magical fish woth its abilities and shape/color changing.
I wish you would use less of those chilli sauces -- it would totally smother out the flavours of many of those dishes.
By the way, are you guys aware that Korean sushi is different from japanese one?
