Carter just don't know what goes on all over the top of his head while you are carrying him.. I love it when he is trying to look around as if to say what the, what the.. lolololol. Can't stop laughing. Glad you guys had a ball.. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Ayyyyy, I'm early 🥳🥳 n another cameo with baby carter 😊😊 thank you for showing us a side that is foreigners/non Koreans will most likely not get to experience ❤️
@@ChefChrisCho well, yess of course I did. But 7 mins is not enough 😊 it was fun to see how your wife reacted to all those different cuts of fish 🤣🤣. Can't wait for Ur next blog 👍
Totally agree! It's such a unique experience. I love seeing different cultures through travel vlogs like this. Makes me wanna explore Korea even more! And baby Carter is just the cutest! 😄
You asked us to leave comments to let you know we're really watching. Well, I am. And I'm loving it! Keep up these fun vlogs! I must say I'm a bit worried about Chris slobbering all over Carter's head. Chris, child before food!! 🤣🤣
I appreciate you coming all the way to RUclips to comment just to let me know you’re watching!! 🙏🏼 Haha and no worries about carter. Gotta raise em tough and I must eat too ☺️ lol jk I promise it’s only for 1 hr while we shoot the vlog
Those crabs are giant! Looks like a fantastic place and awesome experience. With that much fresh seafood, the price definitely seemed worth it. Your fam is great 😄
So, I wonder how much they would have charged if you had not supplied the main components to the dish? But you guys had a great time and we all learned to ask about cooking fee in the future. Can only imagine what that meal would cost in America. 🤣😍😍
Aw, your fam so cute! Love that your wife is in the vlogs now! That meal was definitely over priced, under $200 doable but over, yeah that’s a lot! Can’t wait to go back to Korea! Hopefully we get stationed there next year! Happy New Years!
Hi Chris!!! That was a exciting!!! The fresh fish and seafood looks Oh...so...good... Im with your wife, I don't eat fish but like Shrimp, Clams, Lobster etc...That was a nice experience . Looked like alot of good food. Nice to see your lovely Wife & Mother and of cource cutie-pie Carter. Glad you all are having such a wonderful time in Korea. Great video!!!...
🤣 Your wife's face when you showed her the live sea food on the chopsticks. And as always, baby is sooo cute. 🥰 And the bill?! 😲 $100 to cook the food, on top of the meal price. Faint. But I loved it all. Thanx for sharing Chris! 😊
Again love ur wife reactions. Totally feel her. N u well typical man reaction go for it. N thank u for sharing the process most RUclipsrs don’t do this.
I hope to have a husband who cooks for me and love me even if I don’t wear make up and wear comfortable clothes. A husband who loves spending time with his family and takes his whole family out for great food.
Great video!! It's always fun to see your family together. One question tho, where's Papa Cho?? Only got a glimpse of him once as he rushed out of the house.
@Chef Chris Cho honestly we just poked around until we came across a lady who could speak English with us 😅. We were so overwhelmed and didn't have anyone to translate for us. I just remember she was right by the two escalators and had a headband on. She was sneaky though because she didn't mention the cooking fee 😂
I moved back to Korea 3 months ago, the last time I lived here was when I was a child (military brat), funny thing is I haven't had a lot of Korean food but great non-Korean food...I would love to try this out place tho! Thanks for sharing...
@@ChefChrisCho I am here for good! It's been decades since I lived here and I need to freshen up on my Hangul and of course things have changed. I lived in Seoul the first time now I live in Pyeongtaek

Just got done watching all 3 of your most recent vlogs. I lived in Korea for a year back in 2000 and with I would have experienced that place. Great set of vlogs and stay blessed.
Wow that's a lot of food.I guess $300 isn't too bad being that it's super fresh and you see them cut it up.They caught it cut it and cooked it.Maybe inflation.Anyways this was a cool video🙂
What a market that is with so many live seafood. Frankly I never knew Koreans ate live sea food!! I knew all parts are eaten, but cooked. Were you raised eating food that way? I just couldn’t! 😯 Nice seeing your whole family. Your son slept through that expensive dinner! Sweet boy!!
Always ask how much they charge for the cooking when ordering or even entering the restaurant. When we went they only charge us per head for the cooking fee which I think it was fair and cheaper. We ask everything so it was really transparent.
Are restaurants in this market the type of korean restaurants that won't serve you if you are alone? I'm going to Korea alone soon and I'm craving for this market
I was surprise that in de middle of the video u said is worth it. But after ur calculations i knew u didnt calculate the cooking charges. Is very expensive in noryanjin
I bought a flounder that was steamed and 4 scallops and 10 prawns that were both grilled. Ingredient cost was 60k won but the restaurant charged me additional 58k for my meal. Was I scammed by the restaurant? Restaurant number 10
to be honest this place is super hustle hustle like "yo hurry up and buy!!" and a lot of negotiation and them tryna get the best dollar outta you. so you might feel like they're tryna get you cuz you're black but i feel like they tryna hustle everyone. so watch and study my video and see where I messed up and go hustle them!! 🙏🏼😎

It's still a good deal, in US you would pay $60 pp for just the crab 🦀 so yeah, y'all did well!! Yum yum.
Haha riiiiiiight plus the currency difference 👌🏼

Hi, do you have any recipe for those of us who can't eat spicy food, neither chili, nor fatty things or with a lot of fiber?
Noted!! Thank you for sharing about the cost of cooking when eating like this. I will try and remember this when traveling to Korea
Sashimi, little bit of gochjang and some beer yeeeea boiiii.
Them chojang hit diff with sashimi & soju 🥳
It’s all about the experience and to me it’s well worth it to try it.
Yeeeep exactly!! 🙏🏼 😋
Yea I was about to say. Korea’s seafood and beef is usually a lot more expensive.

What stall number did you buy the seafoods?
So do you buy the seafood and take it to the restaurant for them to cook it or you just make it yourself?

Hi

What is the name of the restaurant and how do I order the sashimi?. Do I ask for yellowtail?
Wow that's a lot of food.I guess $300 isn't too bad being that it's super fresh and you see them cut it up.They caught it cut it and cooked it.Maybe inflation.Anyways this was a cool video🙂

Yea I grew up in Korea so this was the norm. But to be honest i didn’t like any live stuff when I was kid. Now I LOVEEEEE IT 🥳
I’m definitely craving raw fish now.
Your wife is hilarious .....

Hi what is the red-colored fish sashimi?
Are restaurants in this market the type of korean restaurants that won't serve you if you are alone? I'm going to Korea alone soon and I'm craving for this market
Damn, you got me hungry foreal 😂
🤣 sorry, hope you got something to eat
If they were cooking my food, I would pay the extra amount. But if ai was cooking it, we would be negotiating cuz...everything is negotiable 💞
We got that fee too! Exactly how we felt after getting da damn bill!!
man I miss this place!!!!
Kakaka when are you going back
@@ChefChrisCho when you are 😉
There is a lot of food still for the price of $300 bucks, not bad.
I think you can pay less than that for two nights in a really nice hotel in Korea!! However, as a one off experience it’s still worth the price!!
Yeppp!! Agree, definitely still recommend anyone that loves seafood to try out this place. If not, then even walking around would be great too
I was surprise that in de middle of the video u said is worth it. But after ur calculations i knew u didnt calculate the cooking charges. Is very expensive in noryanjin
Haha ya, I was kind of shocked by the price because they didn’t tell us before hand? But it did tasted good tho
Lu❤her
They knew you guys were foreigners too 😂
mama cho had it locked down tho!! lol
Yo. Your mom is a queen.
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
They definitely should tell you how much the cooking fee is before hand. Holy Crab!! 💥
ya~ if they did then I wouldn’t have mind it
Are there any rests in the ocean ? 🤔🤔🤔😥🙏

Even only steaming the food is expensive there
can you help me come to korea.
pleas help me...
It’s a tourist trap imo, just went today.
I thought I was the only Korean that didn't eat fish.
Nope definitely not the only one~
Can I eat a crab
Mmmm looks delicious. 60 dollars a head, depends on how much you paid for the seafood I suppose.
in total it was $60 including the seafood, drinks, table~
In korean its called Hwe 회 not sashimi !! Hwe !!!!
I can't believe your wife doesn't like raw fish 😭. So sad
She don’t eat ANY fish. Only shellfish
wife dont eat fish? she will in a couple of years
I would love to go but wondering if they are friendly to black people
