That was a really good show, when I was a kid my father was in the RAF and we always saw the airshows in and around camps, there was so much of that life that I miss now I am an adult.
Thank you David👋😀 am so lucky they fly over. Did your Dad fly? My step grandad flew Lancasters during the war, I was so impressed by this (as a 10 yr old at the time)
Lucky you having a front row seat for the fly past! Well done on getting so much cleared today. That wind is so chilly, I have to admit I baled out of my gardening jobs and went to the garden centre to buy some more plants instead 😆
Chipping away Nicki chipping away😀👍💕that made me chuckle, baling out and going to a garden centre instead, I don't blame you! Weather esp that wind, has been awful. Am so lucky with the flypast
Well done Kerry, brilliant bit of filming. How did you manage to identify all those aircraft? Amazing. My heart goes out to the pilot of the Spitfire who crashed and was killed in Lincolnshire who may have been practising for this event. Bless you.
Wow Kerry how exciting, so pleased for you and thank you for the brilliant filming of them and names of aircrafts too. Enjoying watching you in your garden, be exciting to see it all being cleared, and when complete. ♥ x
Wow - how amazing to have your very own air display from your back garden - thank you for sharing it with us 😊. Good luck with the garden and it’s lovely that you are finding so many things already established in it.
Hi Kerry, what a treat. That's something you don't see every day and blows your mind. I reckon they heard about you opening your garden up😂 Just a thought, seeing the size of your raspberries have you thought about putting a mesh cage up. You could have all your fruit together and just walk in & out to see/pick them. You literally work miracles, how you are clearing your garden. When do you open for cream teas and is there a waiting list?😁 See you on the next one, byee 👋Jen 💕😘xx
Yes I called it a plum , but a damson is the correct name. Very sweet. We had some in one of our gardens but they turned yellow in time, if it’s the same one, maybe a different member of the family. Very nice to look out on the green. We lived in a house that had jack Daws at the bootie of the garden they sounded terrible, but after a while we didn’t hear it , and people would come round as say what’s that. Noise my word, we didn’t even hear it at that point, so yes you do get used to noises when there all the time.x the arrows are based near us in lincs , so we see them often. Such a shame about the plane that crashed a few weeks ago.Near East Kirby. Shame not the full team out, or were there teo separate lots, we were lucky as well, as we saw them flying back this afternoon over our house, a picture isn’t it, cloud was low here so we heard them all, but didn’t get to see them all.
Hi Kerry, you seem so happy now without the worry of the allotment, and I believe you’ll achieve so much more within your garden. Yes it’s going to take time but I know you’ll enjoy it xx love from Linda C ❤❤😊
What fun having them all fly over I imagine like me you will never tire of seeing them. My daughter lives on flight path to International Airport here in Scotland and you are right as you really do not notice planes come suddenly on a really sunny day you get a flash of shade glance up as huge Airplane right over your head. When we drive home on the bypass it can give you a scare not handy as planes depending on approach seem to come in so fast and low over the road you think heck have they mixed road up with runway.
What a great vlog today...your smile and humor are back... welcome HOME 😊!!!! With the exception of the extreme wind today, will your new home garden experience windy conditions now that you are in a wide open area? You will have to create and use you ingenuity for arches that can protect your crops from wind speeds that will sustain typhoons😂. Perhaps that is why previous tenants/owner put hedgerow of holly and mystery fruit. Thanks for sharing the fly over with identification for your country's aircraft. Our home is 2.5 miles from the Delaware Air National Guard and Airport. DANG (get it..the initials) Base in New Castle, Del. The 166th AW provides tactical airlift and airdrop of troops and cargo using C-130H2.5 aircraft. They are always training and fly very low. I'll get a picture for you next time. Plus, we live .2 miles from the fire station and on the route President Biden takes when he is home which is about 5 miles away....so you're correct...you get used to the noise. Oh....the cloud formations and contrast against the blue sky were exceptional.❤
Great fly past…I’m loving your vlogs from your home garden, but will miss your bits from inside the shed at the allotment, don’t know why but I always found it homely & cosy.Cant wait to see the progress at your home plot xx
Oh it did Carole!☺️ I dont know what happened but I had the usual music but I had accidentally edited it out! I've no idea how I did that. What a numpty. Only realised after uploading doh!
It was on way to London Bobbie😀👍 we are so lucky. We always have the fkypast line up go over Colchester, people gather in various places to watch. Someone once told me it's because we are a military town (going all the way back to roman times!) but not sure if that's true
Apparently it could be a Spanish lime in case you didn't see my comment on the first vlog...let's see what transpires and whether Google is correct ?!? But tbh it could be anything...damsonsis more likely and mr google hasn't a clue 🗝️🧩
Haha no it doesn't always get it right, esp when it said tomatillo or something like that Carole, althou my camera was a bit blurry tbf lol - at least its free. Am thinking Damson at the mo😀👍💕
thank you for showing the planes
and next year, when you're in the middle of cooking and realize you forgot herbs or veggies, you'll just have to stroll down the garden path :)
Thank you 😀💕Never too old for thrills that's my motto!
Yes! That's so true😀👍👍
You’re making great headway with the garden. Thank you for filming the planes that was so amazing to see.
Thank you Tania, I'm so lucky they fly over👋😀💕
That was quite a display Kerry. All in honour of your new kitchen garden😂. How wonderful. Coming along with your garden can't wait to see it flourish.
Thank you Julie😄💕Lol especially for me, am so glad the weather improved, although why I kept mentioning a Lancaster I don't know, none flew over!
How cool was that ! Thanks for sharing
It was a pleasure Shirley 👋😀💕

It couldn't have been easy for family and friends, missing their chum/loved one while it was on, so sad.
Thank you as well💕💕
Wow Kerry how exciting, so pleased for you and thank you for the brilliant filming of them and names of aircrafts too. Enjoying watching you in your garden, be exciting to see it all being cleared, and when complete. ♥ x

Thank you Jill👋😀💕it was sooo good, am very lucky
I can't believe how well you're doing with your garden. I wouldn't know where to start.
Aww thank you Edith😀👍💕 sometimes choosing sections helps, as looking at it as a whole can be overwhelming

Hi Kerry , second message sorry, you’re finding some nice surprises in your garden from,Linda C❤😊
No sorries needed Linda👋😀💕 definitely! That rhubarb was well hidden and I am hopeful the damsons are damsons, good for jams apparently

Those Globemasters constantly fly over my house (literally) and it's quite unnerving. I don't like the propellors instead of jet engines 😫😫
They're massive Philip, I can imagine how unnerving that would be

There's always next year Jennifer!😄💕💕

Did the cool music pack up Kerry or did it blow away 😅😅😅😅😅😅
Oh it did Carole!☺️ I dont know what happened but I had the usual music but I had accidentally edited it out! I've no idea how I did that. What a numpty. Only realised after uploading doh!
Kerry that was amazing! Thank you! I know your family were enjoying that display as well. So were the planes on the way to or from London?
