Jason Tyson is playing keys, I think. You can learn so much from him. I met him at West Angeles a few years ago, and he told me that each finger is its own orchestra; to use each finger independently.
I Enjoying this Tutorial so much you wont believe it, This is the Practical stuff that is use out there..........I have listen to more of his playing and man.......,I would take them all.....lol. for now i think i will be stuck with Jason and not jump around. I know there's dope guys out there but for my Growth this will work for me Prof. Thanks Prof.
Kenneth Watkins I was gonna say what Sean already said. Definitely Tyson’s influence. Merville is quite a musical student and makes for a tremendous teacher, as does Sean.
First off your are amazing piano player, your piano theory is impeccable. The level of knowledge that you pass for the world is a blessing. I want to enhance my music overall do you mind telling what midi file app you use with track under the piano chordie app at the beginning of the tutorial.
Talk to your guitar playing friends because guitar player because of the way the notes are laid out on the fretboard are playing drop voicings all the time (even when they don't realize it). The common used drop voicings are Drop 2, Drop 3, and Drop 2 and 4.
Your drop 2 explanation confused me. I thought a drop 2 was drop the 2nd note of the chord to the left hand but when you inverted that ebmaj7 the second note became a "d" but you dropped the "eb" which was the 3rd note. Maybe I dont fully understand the drop 2. What is it exactly?
@@spriteshownetworkkoc-3165 that's how I generally do it because it makes sense intuitively for me. Since it would be left to right by looking at your hands
Sean Wilson you teach like you created music wow. Am always blessed hearing you speak sir, am privileged to be exposed to your content ❤❤
Wow, thank you

Thank you very much man. The video is so helpful. Can you please do more of Jason Tyson's movements and chords.
We have plenty of Jason Tyson clips on my channel. Do a search
Like KC says, Drop 2 is the second highest note, move down to the bottom left
Alaine Merville comes closest to emulating Jason Tyson's sound. Thanks though, this is very helpful.

@@SeanWilsonPiano I notice dat for real!!!!!

He it’s an Eb Major 7 in 2 inversion. Which is Bb D Eb G, if you drop the second note from the top an octave you get the chord
@@SeanWilsonPiano the second note is d but you dropped the eb
The notes I just listed are from bottom
to top. So Bb is the bottom not and G is the top
@@SeanWilsonPiano ohhh okay I get it. So you start from bottom to top or you can do either way?

Jason Tyson Is the truth, but that little clip in the beginning, WHY. Lol. I’ve never seen anyone play that much for talk music.
Tell me about it man! If you keep going past that point on the original RUclips clip he blazes in background too along with the track...
Dvon Cruse What’s so amazing is how his touch allows him to be busy and not distract in the live setting.

Is anyone else having some audio problems(popping sounds, piano sounds lagging)
Nope not you only, trying to get it fixed
Are you using Mac mini?
Yeah smh 🤦♂️
Lol how’s is that working out for yah?
I’m wondering if I should get a Mac mini or a Mac Pro cause I wanna start using VST’s
