On November 17, 2023, an officer approached a couple at a hotel in Eau Claire, WI. The officer ran a records check on the male, finding no outstanding warrants. However, a subsequent check on his identity revealed discrepancies, prompting suspicion of false identity. Upon confrontation, the male continued to provide false information and attempted to flee. After he was arrested, police discovered the male's real identity, uncovering three active warrants. Additionally, the officer retrieved a magnetic box placed by the male beneath a nearby vehicle, containing an assortment of drugs.

He really didn't have that option. The cop was sitting outside. If he tried to leave earlier, the cop would've followed him while he was looking up the identity. His best bet was to sneak out the back and leave on foot. Find somewhere to stash the work in case you got caught trying to get home for the night. The girl probably had something on her, too. The room he went to and her car were too risky at that point.

If the legislation would pick up the slack then I bet that Winsconsin would be a much safer place to live. My dad was always wanted when i was growing up. He would give cops his brothers information. One time my uncle receives a letter stating that there was a warrant out for him. He had never been arrested. He was so pissed at my old man he didnt talk to him for years.
My sister use to do the same exact thing. She even knew my social. We’re 2 years apart but look enough alike to get away with it. Both blonde hair. What got her caught up finally was I’m 5’8 she’s 5’2, I have brown eyes she has blue. Luckily I never got in any trouble with her using my name but god only knows how many times i was ran through their system and her released bc I’d never been in trouble.

I remember my buddy doing that to our other good friend when we got busted messing with a pop machine in the middle of the night. He had no reason to do it, but he went for it anyway. We were something like 14 so they just made us go home and checked in an hour later to make sure we did.
I'm 6'2", 230lbs, and balding. My brother is 5'4", 110lbs, and shaggy brown hair... he has used my name 3 times, and i found out when i got a letter like your uncle. I showed up in court and asked the judge if i looked like the guy they had contact with. She looked at me, then the video, and sent me on my way. My brother got hit hard with charges, but i gave him a pass on the identity theft. Hes currently doing 19 years for drug possession, production, and distribution.
@@hanksadventures4132 they let my old man pay a ton of fines, paid for by my grandmother, then spend a year in rehab. He’s gotten lucky. My uncle didn’t say it was his brother to the police but proved it wasn’t him so my dad never faced any consequences for the warrant.
I was recently stopped by Denver PD because they wanted to see my grocery receipt, which I was able to present. The officer was NOT as polite as the ones you typically see on these cop cam shows. Sometimes, I wonder if these channels choose to show only videos of kind, helpful, professional police officers. 😁

@@idnintelthere's not been a single incident of an officer that's been exposed to fentanyl that's actually been substantiated. They did a big study on it recently and found that pretty much every case has been caused by panic attacks. No evidence of exposure in any of the blood tests done. Also, it's been shown countless times that fentanyl does not absorb transdermally (fentanyl patches are a specific preparation that use a carrier chemical to transfer it through the skin)
You can watch videos online of scientists holding grams of pure fentanyl powder in their palm without any ill effect.

A cop came up to you and tell you that you are a person that you are not and they have outstanding warrants for rape against you. Do you seriously not argue that they get it wrong? In those videos, we only see the arrests that make them look good and everything goes right in the end. Often cops show up with search warrants.. at the wrong adress, traumatise whole families at gun point because they are too stupid to read an adress correctly or some CI gave them bad info. Cops make tons of mistakes and standing up for yourself is never wrong. Ofcourse running or physically resisting is not appropriate and make you look guilty. But arguing is fine. Yelling too if they really screwed up.
Issue there is no ones not gonna resist especially if there not guilty, 1 out of 5 inmates on death row is innocent.

You do understand a cash bond means you have to pay the whole $10k, and not 10% with a bondsman. I doubt he has that.

Fentanyl sold as Fentanyl is not that dangerous, it is only that dangerous when you think you are taking something else that has much less potency like Heroin or Oxy but is in reality all Fentanyl. For the people who are just hooked on Fentanyl and know it, they get consistent dosages and therefore don't have to worry about accidental overdoses as much.
I wonder though if you actually care about drug addicted people who are in danger or if you just wanted to push the ironic right wing talking point of blue states that are supposedly not tough on crime because they try to prevent the prisons and jails from bursting at their seams because of overpopulation. Americas prison population is a joke and that is a direct result of the war on drugs. Long prison sentences have not cured drug addicts or detered dealers from pushing the drugs. Both can continue doing the same in prison anyway. So save it please, you are just being used by politicians. They want you outraged 24/7 and promise you cheap solutions that won't work. They have been doing it for many decades now.
