  • I am BACK! It has been a journey over the month back to health! We were hit with COVID and some other viruses from my children's school back in September.
Thank you to everyone for waiting patiently for the next video! I feel this is very timely since I just went through it and we are entering COVID/ Cold and Flu season.
This is the protocol I have used twice now with success to not have any long COVID symptoms reemerge. I trusted it and needed to share it.
Thanks, everyone for watching and welcome to all the new folks!
*Sorry for the hard cut at the beginning!
*New website and blog coming soon*

I’m so sorry you got sick again, and hope your family is doing better. Our kiddos are little Petri dishes that make staying away from risky pathogens nearly impossible.
I’m also reinfected just as I was feeling almost normal again after the last one😮. It’s exhausting but I’m hoping that the immune response will kick out the latent viral persistence and give me a big recovery!
Hubby took paxlovid as his symptoms were pretty severe. I’ve just been doing the OTC stuff, resting, and as much UV exposure as possible.
Glad you’re back online. Take it easy and put yourself first.

Thanks so much for the kind words! You are right it’s so hard to avoid everything with the little ones picking up everything.
I hope you and your husband heal quickly and get back to full health!
Very right about the sun! Keep getting that exposure and grounding.

Hey Man, I watched your videos and can pretty much relate to you. Idk if we ever talked on Reddit but I can definitely relate to a lot that you’ve dealt with. I’m actually doing better, maybe 90% because I only have one symptom left. Keep up the good work. If you ever have any questions let me know.

Hey brother. Sorry to that you can relate 😕. We probably have talked on Reddit in the past if our symptoms are so similar. I’m probably almost back to my 90% self as well. What’s your last remaining symptom? You keep up the good work to! We will get to 100% soon!

I still can’t feel love and attraction. My Anhedonia has gone away or is going away. I have been having good feelings and joy since April. I had sleepiness during the summer . A month ago I was getting adrenaline surges when going to bed or waking up. I feel really good though. I am a complete 180 compared to a year ago.

I am also reinfected after I was feeling better thanks to breathwork, cold shower, sun exposure, grounding, magnesium etc. Fastening and sauna will be a new items in my "protocol". I am going to start with 24h fastening tomorrow. 3 weeks have passed since my reinfection and I do not notice any new symptoms of LC yet. When did you feel the symptoms of LC after reinfection? Thanks!

Hi Igor. I’m happy to hear you didn’t get any worse with reinfection. During my first reinfection last year. I didn’t get any new or worse symptoms. In Sept I just got a few and they are mostly gone now. Was about 1- 2 months after

Adam i have so many similar symptoms as you. Can you please tell me the best things u did to get better? I know u said fasting, but what was your diet when you broke ur fast? I'm desperate, thank you so much

I hope some of the videos you’ve found on here will help you!
Fasting was super helpful, make sure you know what your doing tho or speak to your doc.
I broke fasts with homemade bone broth then some light meat and a salad. Sometimes it was hard to digest but eventually my digestive system got used to the fasting.
      Breathwork was also super helpful.
      Grounding as well.
Stress reduction at its highest level.

Thank you for keeping us informed. I’m glad you’re doing better as well as your family. I’m much older than you and still fighting long COVID. I’m scared to get COVID again as I’m not sure after 15 months of LC that I have any fight left. Anyway, your videos are very encouraging to me so thanks again.

@@lindavid794 I’m happy to hear that the videos are helping you. I’m sorry you are still struggling! The best thing to do if you can is to not get reinfected, but if you do please remember there are folks that have gotten completely better from it and most of us it just keeps the long COVID the same.
I know what you mean about having no fight left… it’s so hard to keep going but please keep going. Recovery is possible ❤️‍🩹🙏🏻 you will get there.
