I'm sorry you don't like this game, but you are soooooo good at it. You're helping players like me be better at it. You're a beast, and you overcome a lot of bad situations. The numbers dont lie, there's a reason your viewership is high on FTL
22:30, it doesnt matter if your motherboard is gen 3 on PCIe lanes, your SSD will work at Gen 3 Speeds instead of Gen 4 speeds, ofc you it wont work as fast as advertised but it is still fast enough to notice an improvement.

It's for the better. FTL is an old game with a diminishing niche, and it's time to step to greener pastures. I think a good idea would be to host a survey & help gauge what kind of games your audience would transition the best into.
That's a good suggestion...although I'm worried any poll about what game to play will be "FTL or the latest FTL clone" based on my viewer numbers, lol.
I know they're susceptible to being shot down and you can't target with them. I'm no pro but it looks like they're a good ancillary system instead of being your main damage output.
Drones suffer from two main weaknesses: a lack of direct targeting capability and losing all your drone parts that are needed for hacking. Thus the only time a drone-focussed run can work is with the addition of a drone recovery arm to limit one of the two weaknesses.
It pretty much has to be a viewer ship day. Vanilla drones are super unreliable, even the defense drone, so while that is a fun way to play the game casually its pretty much always wrong if you are trying to do a no-pause streak
You mean drone offense, I assume? To me, drones are like missiles in many ways, too susceptible to running out of consumables. You're basically required to find a drone recovery arm to reliably use drones for offense. Also, you have no control on what offensive drones target, so the player often gets pelted by missiles while your drone hits empty rooms, piloting, or other systems that are NOT weapons. To me, Drone control is usually best as a defensive tool to combat missiles while you focus on upgrading weapons for damage. Rarely, I'll be forced into a drone offense run, but that's usually a last resort.

Oh my, this run is so scary. That feels like barely enough luck + skill to pull through.
