I just realized that there is a spelling mistake on the snow threat sign 2:04
Tao Boyce if it’s the word ‘tyres’ that is actually the correct spelling outside of North America. (Captainhoers is based out of the UK) you can see various bits of British influences in both this video and in Spitfire’s Day off because this Equestria’s cars are right hand drive, and they drive on the left, and the electric outlets are the British style with the massive fused plugs and switched outlets.

You have ABSOLUTELY outdone yourself here. Some of these shots look hardly possible in Flash. The cinematic look, the subtle sync with the music, all of it, very impressive. Amazing work, Hoers!
Not to criticise the work he's done here... it's honestly amazing... but years on Newgrounds have shown me lots of stuff that's just as impressive as this. I'm impressed, but definitely not surprised about it being possible in Flash.
a lot is possible with flash. pisses me off that adobe abandoned it. But it wwiillll continue to live on because no body cares what adobe says, give us your software!
About once a year, I find some music, sometimes music video, that gives me intense feels, like an intense feeling of nostalgia for a world I've been in.
This is one of those, the atmosphere, the theme, the implications of the world you've made, so amazing. It makes me want to be in the passenger seat.

Just read the whole comic just to understand what's going on in here; and beside the fact that this is going to be an amazing adventure ;) since we can see elderly soarin and spitfire, it means it's only one or two generation after the show, so Candy Chip going to ponyville may well mean "Gandma" is actually Pinkie Pie or related, or at least to a canon character of the show. amirite ? :>
Notwithstanding the more obvious stories in the background, I like how the sky is galactic as they travel across the desert. Like, that's just attention to detail, knowing that without lights, more stars can be seen.

I keep coming back to this video, from the great music choice to the sheer amount of stuff going on in the background and the stellar animation and world building.. this makes me emotional on a level that is difficult to describe, nostalgia I suppose plays a big role.
When I was young my family used to go on long car rides, often times late into the night and the memories of the city lights going past and the stars slowly growing brighter over head as the city was left further and further behind; are vividly burned into my mind.
This video captures that vibe of those long, night time car rides better than anything else I've seen.

I love the neon glow of the lights and angular designs mixed with smooth animations. Seeing ponyville be modernized was saddening though and makes wonder about real life places that have changed.
Don't what I was expecting when it comes to the house owned by Pinkie Pie's decedent but normal is not one of them. Also Atom's looks pretty good for someone who just got wrecked not too long ago. (Love how this animation ties so damn well to your on going story.)

EDIT: OMG, when Candy Chip overrides the car’s computer system to enable the Auto Drive System for the Highway, the song displayed on the radio is the ACTUAL song being used in the video! I also want to attempt to design and build the Photon Starlord in Automation!

This animation is wonderful. The soundtrack to all of your animations never ceases to open new avenues of discovery for me. The amount of detail you put into this world is amazing and I will be reading deeper in the near future.
