You can't really "teach" someone to look good if they can't afford a great surgeon. Most of us didn't start out looking as good as Christy either lol. Stress does age you. The sun ages you too, ironically the beach is my happy place but will still give me wrinkles with sunblock. I hope you use your privilege to make this a better world in some way. I'm getting 'blonder' every year and, yes, I call it aging at my own pace. LOL! I do what I can, but can't afford expensive treatments. If I won the lottery, I'd prolly get a facelift. I work hard at exercise and eating healthy, so why not go 'all in'? Nothing wrong with that, IMO.

I get plastic surgery procedures because I feel better about myself. However, I want to be the best version of myself that I can be. And at 52 I've been feeling my age, but seeing Christie Brinkley and other mature women being more visible gives me hope.
Christie Brinkley is so beautiful inside and out. She has a heart of gold and a positive attitude that shines out from her pretty blue eyes in such a loving way!
I think the most beautiful thing she has....is her smile...... happiness... and that make her very beautiful and young more than her cosmetic procedures!! Brava Christie!!!!
I find it interesting how people are surprised she looks this good at 67 with work done, of course she does, she's had a lot done. Good for her. Do what makes you happy.
trust me getting work done does not make miracles getting work done only does so much she also already a beautiful woman so a little work just enhanced it . Trust me Ive seen plenty of women who got work done at her age and they look like they got hit by a truck getting work done isn't a miracle pill the natural beauty has to be there as well. look at meg ryan shes younger than Christie and had lots of work done and she looks older than Christie and her face looks wrecked.
She also can’t move her face because of so much Botox and fillers. Let’s not kid ourselves. Her eyes just keep getting smaller. Strange how she clearly doesn’t want to grow old gracefully yet she’s a beauty standard and promotes anti aging products... come on people.
@@jgibson8092 She's fighting looking older every step of the way by getting work done, so it's crazy that she promotes a skincare line. The brand used on her may not be _"Botox"_ but she still gets injectables _(Dysport, Myobloc, Xeomin,_ etc.) -she can hardly move her face. *I do love that she eats a healthy nutritious diet, stays away from drugs, smoking & excessive alcohol, and does exercise.*
What J Gibson says is true. Face lifts can't make you beautiful if you've never been beautiful. It can only make you look younger. And depending on your bone structure, it can look great or not as great post-procedure. People with great bone structure also age better. That's not to say some people don't also get other procedures that make them look different, such as a rhinoplasty or fascial implants. But money can't solve all your facial shortcomings.
She looks great but Christie started out a “10”. She’s had some tweaks, fillers, a lift here and there and she colors her grey hair. She also eats healthy and gets enough exercise. I simply cannot believe that Christie is pushing 70, she’s simply gorgeous.
nothing like having a plastic surgeon, nutritionist , dermatologist, and personal trainer on speed dial and the money to pay them . We all could not look our age if that were the case .
Really? All we need is money and we would all look like Christie? As toned and strong at 67? Liars! You still have to put in the work! If it is so easy (after having 3 children also!) then why is it that all famous women at 67 do not look like Christie??? Get off your buts, do the work and quit being so bitter about those who have made the best of what their life is.

I hate when they use these celebrities to sell skin care and aging "gracefully " when they have had so much work done that of course they are looking good for their age. It is actually a big con job.

OMG, don't you remember when she was asked on Meghan Kelly's show about plastic surgery?! She was not happy at all that Meghan even brought it up. I don't blame her though. I think the question came out of left field as I recall but it's not nice to put someone on the spot. And whether or not Ms Fonda had surgery is no one's business unless she wants to offer up the information.

Exactly. If she's going to talk about her hip, why not the rest of what she's done? She doesn't need to feel ashamed, but she should be honest. No cream is going to make your face that tight. Honesty is the best policy.

If you look at women like Jamie Lee Curtis, Paulina porizkova, and a small handful of others who haven't resorted to plastics, you understand what aging gracefully is. It's not about trying to fight nature, but embracing it with acceptance and integrity.
I think it depends on the woman whether she's aging "gracefully or not. Some women look terrible as they age (for whatever reason) and would look so much better if they made a few aesthetic changes. Other women look good without doing anything.

Are there men being interviewed as they age on their own terms? Or are we going to continue explaining the inevitable? you NEVER see men talking about why they look so good after a certain age. When does it end? When women stop .
Having said that --- I would like to add that she is gorgeous and full of life and seems to be a wonderful person. She always has been that way (at least publicly). I believe "youth" is attitude and joy of life and she has both. We've all met old young people and a LOT of young "old" people. The money however, buys time to exercise and eat healthy - she's got that in abundance as well! LOL.
That is because we woman are only valued by society when we are young and fertile. Men can be fertile till much much later in their lives so they are still valued. It is sad and depressing as I am getting older woman. I totally understand why Christie Brinkley does what she does.

She’s leaving out the fact that her $80 million fortune allows her to take advantage of the best of the best in skincare and cosmetic surgery and treatments. She’s dishonest.
She is gorgeous, however, that type of super youthful beauty is a large privilege. Most people can not afford so many treatments, personal chefs, personal trainers, all the beauty procedures and surgeries... I can barely but barely afford a little bit of filler once a year. Wow. She filled her face up. She didn't look like this a few years ago. I'm disappointed..her angles that made her unique are all filled out. She was a BIG DEAL back in my day. Now she looks like everyone else.
She looks like a wealthy generic white American now. It’s her business and all power to her for pursuing her looks and health but it makes me wonder how many minutes she takes staring in her mirror, looking for lines and wrinkles. Her veneered tombstone smile probably looks better than my natural 67 year old maintained teeth, but they still look unnatural. No shade at Christie. Her work has always been about her looks so I guess all this “work” is comparable to other occupations doing courses to stay current. Why are we looking to an extremely wealthy woman who can afford expensive cosmetic procedures for advice on how to age? Of course she still looks good, she has the money to look good. This isn't helpful to average people. It's almost like you're taunting us. Very few of us will look like that at her age because most of us can't afford to. SHE chooses how to age. The rest of us don't necessarily get to choose. A lot of us don't even have basic healthcare, let alone the money to make cosmetic changes. We actually have to learn to accept the aging process, which is a lot more challenging. This isn't an age issue, it is a class issue, and it's coming across as tone-deaf.
People here are talking about all the work she's had done, so they say of course she looks good. I know people who have had work done who just look scary, so "work done" is no guarantee of looking good.
She looks incredibly unnatural. If the number is irrelevant to her, why the need of so much plastic surgery? I am glad she is enjoying her life, but don’t act like you haven’t spent plenty of time in the surgeons chair.
@Kathleen Poors you said it in a nutshell. I would like to know why Tamron said to her, why would you tell people you had a hip replacement. I mean a lot of people have them, I didn't get that one. Someone with mega money would have the injection type of surgery, I`m sure if you have meda care that would not pay for her type of surgery. Then Christy says she likes to look natural and tried botox once, lol sorry girl your face still looks frozen. I`m not being a hater either. I would like too know why whoever interviews Christy they always tell her how beautiful she looks and go on and on. There are plenty of other woman that look just as good or better than Christy at her age. Then they cut to the next segment and say, lets take a look how social media is giving women insecurities. At 4:14, Christie responds to the interviewer’s VERY LEGIT question asking about people writing off her youthful looks to having access to the best skincare products and cosmetic procedures available. She responds by saying that “today we can choose how we want to age” and we can “pick and choose” from an array of treatments. SHE HAS $80 MILLION. Of COURSE she can choose from this smorgasbord of options. Regular folks can’t! She didn’t address the question at all. She just underscored it. No, Christie. WE can’t all pick and choose from all these anti-aging treatments. Very WEALTHY folks like you and your celebrity friends can. Big difference. Good for her, I have nothing against her doing what she wants to maintain her youthful looks. But don’t insult our intelligence.
Christie is a really good-hearted person and it shows on her face. She’s a great advocate and role model for aging gracefully but with purpose and relevance. She looks very similar to how she looked in her 20’s because she has chosen wisely and conservatively in her restorative treatments. Her image is part of her artistic nature and the keeping of her lifelong identity. I’ve met her at animal rescue fundraisers (she is a big advocate for animals too) and she really is lovely, very nice. Bravo, Christie, you’re an inspiration. Tamron is likewise.
What makes Christie Brinkley such a beautiful woman is her inner beauty and her absolute kindness and humanity. She is so genuine and down to earth and not artificial. To me, she is the most beautiful lady I ever laid my eyes on and I've seen many beautiful ladies throughout my life. God bless Christie!!
Money affords u the luxury of looking young and beautiful longer....and I'm sure she received tip top care with her hip surgery along w/a top medical team, time to heal without any worries, people to care for her and her hm....ahhhhh, to be rich and growing old...
Does Christy know that many people can't choose how they age? She's had work done, good for her, she can afford to do anything she wants to . Even small procedures or treatments are really expensive. she seems to think its available for everyone, as if average people can afford it.
@Michelle She was born rich. People like that just can't relate. We all don't have options. Many are just trying to survive. There are people living on the streets right now because of jobs loss, businesses failing or health problems. There are people living in their cars with their kids. Christie has never done a show on anything other than beauty or her life because that is her life.
She can obviously afford to do things many of us can't. But all that aside, she's still an inspiration -- and it's nice to know we don't have to look like worn out hags and give up just because we've reached a certain age. I'm a firm believer that exercise is one of those Holy Grail components required to looking younger, and she's definitely a great example of that.
I have always adored Christie. Now, her appearance is her job and she has had the advantage and wealth to afford trainers, the best food, doctors (for non-surgical procedures), etc. BUT....good for her. She has always worked out and led a very healthy lifestyle. But, not everybody can age at their own pace like she does but she absolutely gives great tips on beauty, nutrition, etc. She has the most vivacious personality and smile. I just love that she takes such joy in life and kids. I love when she came out with her own wig/hair extension, etc. line and told women that it is OKAY to wear a little "extra hair" for thinning hair. Like I said....I adore her.

I get it but to make it seem like healthy eating is the key....ummmmm no. She’s a representative of the “menu” of cosmetic procedures to choose from. When she started talking about a traffic circle on her face....wow!!! She’s like the baby boomer version of insecurity we see all over social media smh🤯

(this is me being envious wondering how I'm gonna afford next year's fillers and botox lmao)
I’ve really struggled with the ageing process but I’ve made my peace with it now. I sometimes look at some of the ageing on my face and actually think it’s quite beautiful as it shows my life yet there’s this voice that tells me I mustn’t find it beautiful because it’s not meant to be beautiful. I think that’s conditioning. I’ve decided I’ll do the odd tweak if it makes me feel better but I actually want to look my age and look like my friends. I don’t feel the need to have that separation now between my face and my actual age. I am in no way judging anyone who does anything as we all should do what we want to. I do think Christie looks incredible.
To strive to be applauded for your appearance is a sad state of affairs indeed. However she maintains it so the focus on her appearance is what she attracts. I can not imagine that cosmetic pen being genuine when no other over the counter cosmetic tool is effective. It's deception.
That cosmetic wrinkle pen DOES DIDDLE SQUAT!! At least 4 u-tubers have done demonstrations using the "pen" and they ALL agreed it does nothing, even long-term use. She just says it eliminates her jawline and neck wrinkles because she's part owner!!! 🤮🤮🤮
I want to know who does her “ tweaking”. She still has a fabulous bod at 78! I remember well before her cosmetic procedural interventions a cover she did for a magazine and it said: “ this woman is 50!” And she actually did look exceptional for her age. When you’re in the limelight and are known for your beauty there’s an added expectation not to disappoint your fans. There’s pressure to keep up your appearance when famous.
We must remember that Christie and other woman doing work in FRONT of the camera are the only ones that put thought into how aging looks. Being in front of the camera is a career choice that pays their bills. Those of us in society that works behind the camera doesn't care so much about botox and masking the aging process.

Strange how
she clearly doesn’t want to grow old gracefully yet she’s a beauty standard and promotes anti aging products... come on people.

What she said about trying her best not to compliment her girls on their looks while they were growing up was spot on! Compliment them on their achievements, and on qualities like their kindness always, never on how they look. That right there was everything. If we could all to that, that right there would build much healthier, confident, and emotionally sufficient women in the future.
Every little girl needs to be to their pretty even if it's once in a while even if they are not.

I also love wearing makeup and having my hair done. It's ok to accept oneself but neglect oneself is just sad to me.

Huge Christie fan!! Love her and her girls ❤️🌸❣️
Aging gracefully, maybe not. Medical science is amazing. You look pretty Christie.
Hay Tamron how do you face aging?
Aging Gracefully is NOT having fillers and other things done... that's aging Cosmetically!
Your gorgeous regardless anyone says!! You have been my inspiration seen I've read about you!! Your aging gracefully!! Love you Christie!!💋💞
I just wish she wld give us the name of her facial plastic surgeon bc I want was she has,, lol
Lol
she is stunning and very cool . eat well , exercise n a little help if you chose it. christie looks amazing .
Whether she had surgery or whatever, I’ve always thought she’s gorgeous. Her beautiful smile she’s always had.
Yeah, she seems to be a light spirit.
Be Not Afraid, Ms. Christie.
Dear One, Be Not Afraid. Let Go of the gimmicks and cosmetic surgery. You don't need it.
Dear One, Be Not Afraid.
Thank you for sharing your personal story. Honestly, what you are experiencing, others will, too.
Trust in Yourself.
Be Not Afraid.
You Got This!
She is lovely, HOWEVER she has had facelifts. Etc. I am 52 and look 40, no surgery, creams, etc.
Whatever she has done she is gorgeous. I know her hair is extensions because she used to show her hair pieces on HSN. She seems to be a lovely woman inside and out and any negative talk most likely is jealousy. We all wish we could look that good. You go girl.
She's not letting herself go coz she's really making the most of her Life 👍💖👍
Christie is a timeless beauty, and so is Tamron
Ummmmm...it’s weird because her voice doesn’t match her face. This is baffling to think that this is considered the norm. It’s so creepy.
Hello Lavi
"Voice lifts" are a thing. Google that - fascinating!
What is she talking about? Generations before ate Healthy and Exercised.
Leaders in KINDNESS! Just like their mother!
to each their own, do WHATever you want to make yourself happy!! botox, fillers, surgery, personal chef, B12 injections! if you want it and can afford it, you go girl! (and men)
but puhhhlease don't act like you aged naturally when you've obviously had a veritable shitton of work done that only a very small % of people could afford to do let alone keep up on!
(this is me being envious wondering how I'm gonna afford next year's fillers and botox lmao)
Hello Trish
LOL!!! Me too!!
LOL
She looks great. She also has excellent plastic surgeons. More power to her. I’d do the same.
I agree. She has invested her money and time into her looks, because that is how she makes her living. Good for her. While she is rubbing some wand on her jowls, we are out here killing it
Really loved the way she looked around the time she was turning 60. Stunning, but a little more natural.
Hello Christina
