20 grams mint (0.7 oz)
100 grams sugar (3.5 oz)
beat with a blender
1 egg
100 g soft butter (3.5 oz)
200 gr wheat flour (1.5-2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
knead a soft dough that does not stick
roll into small balls
lay out on parchment paper
