No matter if the restaurant is available or not where I live, is always a good time to listen to you! Have a nice day everyone!
Yes!! I've caught a review on the same day it was released! I know this is likely only exciting to me, but sometimes it *is* the little things. I went to Wendy's for breakfast the other day, and noticed the signage for this. I thought it sounded wonderful, but I'd not had an opportunity to give it a go yet. If I'd gone back for it and noticed the price though? It probably would have put me off it. Either way, it sounds as if I dodged a bullet. Thank you for your, as always, unflinching frankness and honesty. I'm sorry you had to suffer through that sandwich for us.
In 1936, I was standing in line at the bank and first met Mr. Report of the week and there he was in all his glory. He was jotting down notes in his little mini notepad with a short little bright yellow pencil balancing on his right ear when it wasn’t scripting his wonderful thoughts of eating a homemade hamburger. Particularly interesting, McDonald’s would open their first location across the street! 😂😂😂
He didn't even eat enough to get food poisoning. Perhaps he finished it off camera (altgough he specifically said he wouldnt)but if you only eat 3 tiny bites of tainted food it's very implausible you're getting ill. Could be evidence he's not actually human though. I've suspected that. 🤔
@@MrMancreatedgod Please never prepare food for people. You can get food poisoning from an invisible speck of food that you don’t even know has made it into your digestive system.
I would say Joe is Hungry is truthful about his food reviews. Sure, he is a small RUclipsr, but he does stay truthful to his audience and does impressive edits.
The bread looks so damn dense. I think that’s why they added 2 patties to counteract it but they’re breaded patties so they just quadrupled the bread in the sandwich. SMH looks like something a 4th grader would put together.
I tried one of these for the first time the other night. Sort of. They were out of regular chicken patties and offered to substitute a spicy chicken patty and I agreed. Now maybe it was specifically due to the spicy patty substitution, but I thought it was delicious! Planning to try, hopefully, a 'regular' one tomorrow. If it's not as good, I'll be requesting spicy patties in the future lol
I tried it with the spicy patty too, but between the chicken being extra dry, the bitter marinara, and the thick dry bun, worst sandwhich I've had in a long while. Maybe it's the Wendy's near me as they often suffer from what I call the D Squad, but nothing gave me hope of a better experience from another one.
@@matthewscottshea I'd have to say it was your local Wendy's; nothing about mine was dry; it was so good, but I can absolutely see how dryness would make it pretty terrible.
I just had it. The bun was tasteless, the chicken patty was overcooked & dry, the cheese wasnt melted, and the deep fried cheese wasnt melted on the inside. It was multiple layers of dryness, and I felt sick 20 minutes later.
I have been binge watching your videos once I came across them, your videos are unique and honest. Plus I get to learn what fast foods to avoid or try without wasting money or getting bad food! 😎
I tried this with my wife along with the burger version the day the came they came out, along with the new garlic Parmesan fries. Honestly the chicken sandwich was okay but surprisingly it worked out much better for the burger variant imo. The garlic Parmesan fries were good too.
somehow after watching too many food reviews on youtube i stumbled across this mans reviews.... from the looks of him i expected him to be coming to my front door telling me about the "good news" or to be asking for my vote for warren g harding.... but instead i got this wonderfully nuanced commentary... i love fast food and i am sure that i would love this sandwich but thank you for the entertainment good sir
I tried it a few days ago and felt the same EXACT way. Strangely salty, but flavorless. Textures that didn't complement each other. I kinda want to try to make my own version at home tho haha.
There's a span of a good minute, minute and a half where he's deciding how much he dislikes this burger. He knows for sure he doesn't enjoy it but has to determine how much, with each subsequent bite.
Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich used to be my favorite menu item but the the sandwich shrunk....a lot! and the price inflated....big time. We get screwed on portion sizes in Canada
Ive had this twice, was rather good, only complaint was a big dry, ask for extra sauce. Also if you are expecting the fried cheese to be melty, maybe eat it in restaurant. By the time you get it home depending on the drive, its going to be a solid room temperature block of cheese.
I also got it, but got the burger version and added Mayo + crispy onions, and it was pretty good when I ate it right after receiving it (on the drive home). I agree that the cheese only stayed melty for a couple minutes, and it wasn’t as thick or gooey as you kinda expect going in
Just had Wendy's for lunch. The peppermint frosty is overwhelmingly sweet. Still love the bourbon bacon cheeseburger, and am happy to report we still have hot honey sauce at our local restaurant.
Fast food shakes have an insane amount of sugar, more than that of soda like Coca Cola. That crap will give you diabetes fast if you're consuming them on the regular. LOL. I'm not ahuge fan of their shakes. Only McDonald's chocolate shake I used to like way back when and obviously the Frostys but that's not really a shake.
Review Brah's prices are always higher than anywhere else. Maybe he lives in NY or something? This sandwich is $5.99 where I live in Texas - and it's absolutely delicious.
@@BiomedicalDesigns Have you tried it? It's literally one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It's not at all too salty as stated in this review. It's the perfect balance of amazing flavors.
@@BiomedicalDesigns I've never worked for any fast food company in any capacity, including Wendy's. I've also never been paid to post anything in the Internet. I just legitimately like the sandwich and think people should try things before they knock them. That's all. Have a nice day!
The problem is quality control with these fast food places. The one I had wasn’t salty (I’m very sensitive to salt) it was piping hot and had a huge cheese pull!
Man you are genuinely an entertaining and interesting creator and I never have a dull moment with these reviews. Informational, topical, modern and we have a great host.
I got one of these yesterday because I saw an advert at the gas pump lol. It was lackluster but it was an excuse to get baconator fries. Anyway this is the kind of sandwich that you need to eat immediately. As soon as cools it becomes disgusting.
A local pizzeria here in Nashville serves a chicken Parm sandwich using a Parm crusted chicken breast with mozzarella and marinara on a hoagie bun. You can order it with eggplant added with extra sauce for dipping.Been loving them for 40 years.
Why do you think that ? Makes perfect sense to me, especially considering the other ingredients, and the fact it’s supposed to be Italian-like. The price is outrageous though ! No matter how delicious it is, no sandwich that size is worth that much money, especially in times like these with SO many people close to starving and having to make decisions whether to eat to survive or paying their electric/water, etc., bills. I REALLY wanted to try it before I heard the price. Not a chance now though ! I’m 73 and on social security, so a price like that for one smallish sized sandwich is most definitely cost prohibitive. I can make one at home that’s absolutely guaranteed to be delicious, and just one sandwich will cost less than one-third of the Wendy’s price for just one, because I’d buy ingredients enough to make several such sandwiches (“bulk” if you will), and will be able to feed the entire family for under $20 ! Sorry Wendy’s. You’ll never miss me not buying one of these. There will be, however, lots of those out here who just won’t be able to resist this basically ordinary tidbit; and, if this review is justifiably correct, those same folks will be lamenting the loss of so much money.
@@toffeelatte6042 Mozzarella fritta isn't the same as a mozzarella stick. Mozzarella frita is Italian. And that's what they're going for here..not a mozzarella stick
I think that is true about any kind of Italian type sandwich being either good or bad... hoagies, parms, sauce or dressing, etc. The quality of ingredients used is always really obvious in ways other types can hide or disguise. Also, they tend to go sweet rather than savory.

Oh what a time to be alive! To witness this man once again give his review for another food item (even though this restaurant isn't available where I live yet). My day is made! No matter if the restaurant is available or not where I live, is always a good time to listen to you! Have a nice day everyone!
Lol well said 🤣
You don’t have a Wendy’s?
🤣 nope, as far as I know, it is only available at the north
@@crystalbunny3334 you aren't missing anything
“Yet?” Do you live in Siberia? You really aren’t missing anything.
I feel like whenever he takes a long sip of water, he’s quite dissatisfied.
just saw on twitter he said this thing actually gave him food poisoning
This sandwich gave him food poisoning 😩😕😳 what he does for people and his followers! Glad to hear your much better now! 😊
@@MrMancreatedgod. Do you have any concept of how small bacteria are? Microscopic. 1 teaspoon is more than enough.
The only food reviewer on RUclips who doesn’t lie about a disappointing product.
Theres really small RUclipsrs who stay pretty honest
I would say Joe is Hungry is truthful about his food reviews. Sure, he is a small RUclipsr, but he does stay truthful to his audience and does impressive edits.
@@austinbevis4266 Joe is Hungry is a good example of that.
so far trusting his reviews has been on the mark for me, too
This sandwich is not bad at all.
This is one of the few RUclipsrs I watch that I hit the like button even before I have watched the video. Never a disappointment!:)
Ah the sandwich that gave him food poisoning.. just watching helplessly wishing we could warn him not to eat it..
Those patties were not matching color.
@@michaelemerson1949 to be fair, the top one was uh.. fried mozzarella, not chicken, so thats to be expected, really
The bread looks so damn dense. I think that’s why they added 2 patties to counteract it but they’re breaded patties so they just quadrupled the bread in the sandwich. SMH looks like something a 4th grader would put together.
I work for Wendy's and yes, the garlic bun absolutely sucks! It's dense AND dry!!!
That's not another patty. It is fried cheese.
If it's not as good, I'll be requesting spicy patties in the future lol
i opted for the spicy when i tried it as well and i really enjoyed it, felt like a chicken parm sandwich
The spicy option is always better
I just had the regular one. It was good
I just had it.
Wendys just fired their CEO after watching this review. That's the power of ReviewBrah.
@Chris Sunberg not even the sight, they could just sense it
Rewatching the moments before disaster.
the best thing about this sandwich is the hidden lore of its italian teleporting abilities
This might be my favorite review to date, “I’ll say this…. It’s not good, but it’s not disgusting” 😂
Here's a closeup. This is what food poisoning looks like.
Your comment had me lmao-!
Wendy's forgot to list the other main ingredient as salt apparently.
I tried this with my wife along with the burger version the day the came they came out, along with the new garlic Parmesan fries. Honestly the chicken sandwich was okay but surprisingly it worked out much better for the burger variant imo. The garlic Parmesan fries were good too.
“the taste of italy, as they say. someone, somewhere, once said that” reviewbrah you are a gift
Perhaps.
Love your video's man! I tune in every week to watch these. Love how calm and descriptive you are when giving us reviews. Keep up the good work!
I had this promotion when it was released before, years ago, and I still remember how salty it was. It's amazing Wendy's never rectified it.
somehow after watching too many food reviews on youtube i stumbled across this mans reviews.... from the looks of him i expected him to be coming to my front door telling me about the "good news" or to be asking for my vote for warren g harding.... but instead i got this wonderfully nuanced commentary... i love fast food and i am sure that i would love this sandwich but thank you for the entertainment good sir
Weird, I had this sandwich a couple days ago and I loved it. I thought about getting it again today.
Thanks for taking the time to truly entertain us with your vids, they're beyond informative. I look forward to them as many others.
Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich used to be my favorite menu item but the the sandwich shrunk....a lot! and the price inflated....big time. We get screwed on portion sizes in Canada
Reviewbrah is the only person I can watch eat without getting extremely grossed out! He eats as nicely as he looks. 🙌🏻

He displays excellent table manners, even with finger food.
My day is made. Good to see you Reviewbrah 👍👍
Ive had this twice, was rather good, only complaint was a big dry, ask for extra sauce. Also if you are expecting the fried cheese to be melty, maybe eat it in restaurant. By the time you get it home depending on the drive, its going to be a solid room temperature block of cheese.
"Big dry" 😂
I also got it, but got the burger version and added Mayo + crispy onions, and it was pretty good when I ate it right after receiving it (on the drive home). I agree that the cheese only stayed melty for a couple minutes, and it wasn’t as thick or gooey as you kinda expect going in
This man has me nostalgic over a time that doesn’t exist. Lovely creator.
Just had Wendy's for lunch. The peppermint frosty is overwhelmingly sweet. Still love the bourbon bacon cheeseburger, and am happy to report we still have hot honey sauce at our local restaurant.
The bourbon bacon cheeseburger is the best burger in fast food
@@theretroinggamer1630 try pouring some hot honey sauce onto it, or dipping. Wowza
Never forget what Wendy did to our boy
$8.50? Wow! Your saving folks a lot of money in these high inflation times. Great review. I like Wendy's with some items.
Review Brah's prices are always higher than anywhere else. Maybe he lives in NY or something? This sandwich is $5.99 where I live in Texas - and it's absolutely delicious.
@@d4ngerd4d It is not delicious.
@@BiomedicalDesigns Have you tried it? It's literally one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It's not at all too salty as stated in this review. It's the perfect balance of amazing flavors.
@@d4ngerd4d okay Dustin, I get it, you work for Wendy's. Go focus your efforts somewhere else. Not with me.
@@BiomedicalDesigns I've never worked for any fast food company in any capacity, including Wendy's. I've also never been paid to post anything in the Internet. I just legitimately like the sandwich and think people should try things before they knock them. That's all. Have a nice day!
This sandwich messed up my life, I woke up on top of the Eiffel Tower
It really did mess up your life, a Italian sandwich took you to France
The problem is quality control with these fast food places. The one I had wasn’t salty (I’m very sensitive to salt) it was piping hot and had a huge cheese pull!
“It’s not good, but it’s also not disgusting.” Lmfao
There is no good days or weeks till review brah upload another perfect video.
Wendys has been slipping for a long time. I dunno about the states but in Canada, I don’t even bother eating there anymore.
Man you are genuinely an entertaining and interesting creator and I never have a dull moment with these reviews. Informational, topical, modern and we have a great host.
That second bite he took just looked real depressing lol
I got one of these yesterday because I saw an advert at the gas pump lol. It was lackluster but it was an excuse to get baconator fries.
Anyway this is the kind of sandwich that you need to eat immediately. As soon as cools it becomes disgusting.
Well from my experience lately Wendy's is always very understaffed so the quality when it comes to cooking and assembling probably will suffer
It's not as messy as I thought it would be,... And that's about the only good thing about it! 🤣
never have i been so entertained watching a man consume a wendy’s sandwich
Reviewbrah keeps it classy
I love this channel. I am constantly impressed by the professionalism and entertainment value.
Mmm look at all that food poisoning
A local pizzeria here in Nashville serves a chicken Parm sandwich using a Parm crusted chicken breast with mozzarella and marinara on a hoagie bun. You can order it with eggplant added with extra sauce for dipping.Been loving them for 40 years.
O......K.....
That's really strange that they put a huge "deep-fried mozzarella" cheese slab on it
Why do you think that ?

He got food poisoning from this sandwich
Oh nooooooooo!😮
I think that is true about any kind of Italian type sandwich being either good or bad... hoagies, parms, sauce or dressing, etc. The quality of ingredients used is always really obvious in ways other types can hide or disguise. Also, they tend to go sweet rather than savory.
